We live in Cincinnati and were at Cleveland Clinic for medical appointments. We had a slow leak in…read moreone tire on the drive up. We parked in the garage at the hospital. Tire was flat when it was time to drive home 2 days later. The concierge at the hotel gave us information for Conrads Tire care DT location. They closed at 6:00. We got there at 5:30. Thankfully the kind manager took care of us and we were on our way with a safe new tire at 6:15. We are so grateful for this fine service. The manager was putting our safety first. Thank you!

I was told that it was possible to get tires, but, it would not be ready till the end of their business day, great! When I showed up at the end of the business day, no tires had been delivered. I am not from this area, no family or friend network from this state, and was not staying in the Cleveland area. What to do then? Nothing was formally offered to me in my situation. Anyone else, if this happens to you, be warned, you will end up with few options. I suggested buying a tire that would not fit my car just to get me home, luckily, I was able to purchase one for over 300 dollars. The next day, I found a tire place that had my tires in stock, and they were replaced with a full size matching spare that day within an hour. This location gets a lot of business, in the process of making people feel like they won, sometimes you get some losers. I lost this day, won't return again. Be warned, if you are hoping things work out, prepare to lose on occasion. When you lose, be patient, don't get loud, don't go off on those that work for the business. They will only call the police and you will not be able to write a review warning others later on. When dealing with people in any aspect of life has taught me anything it is this, when they offer you nothing in a situation like this, family, friends or this place, they don't value you as a person.
