I have recently bought a set of Arrow slip on pipes from TC and had great service getting the correct pipes for my '23 Triumph XC. Triumph seems to upgrade part numbers pretty frequently and I was afraid I'd get the wrong part. Nope, they fit correctly and were a couple of HUNDRED dollars cheaper than a set I was looking at from another supplier. I have ordered other parts from TC and have not been disappointed as well. J. There are usually two guys working behind the counter, the day I went, there was one guy, I asked him to order me 2 inner tie rods and he ordered me 2 OUTER TIE RODS! So I went to another store and purchased what I needed because I could not make it more clear to the guy what I needed and he acted like he knew more than I did and he wasn't the one working on my truck. He's one of those guys. I cancelled the order and the gentlemen was visibly annoyed. Which he shouldn't be, he ordered the wrong part and I got the right part at a better price. The second time I went to the store the same guy was there and I asked him for grease. He said all he had was wheel bearing grease. TWO SECONDS LATER, Charlie Calanni Jr. walks in and I tell him my dilemma and he talks to the guy and VOILA!, they walk back into the warehouse and get the RIGHT grease that I needed. Obviously, this guy IS RACIST and DOES NOT PROVIDE PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will NEVER GIVE MY BUSINESS TO THEM EVER AGAIN! I informed the other gentlemen of the situation, exactly as it happened, and told him that I would NEVER be coming back. He told me to wait and he would talk to the guy and I said this is the second time he has provided POOR SERVICE and I would not wait to hear his "excuses" for being racist. I have also been told NOT to get into arguments with him either because he has a BAD TEMPER and will just tell you to leave. DO NOT GO THERE FOR PARTS OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT NEEDED TO FIX YOUR CAR, TRUCK, SUV OR VAN! GO TO ADVANCE AUTO PARTS ON 117Th STREET! BEST PRICES, BEST SERVICE AND BEST SELECTION!

This is one of the Ohio Motorcycle groups dealership. I used to be in love with Lake Erie Harley…read morebut since they have been added to the group I like Rock and Roll better. I would rather drive to Brookpark than down the street to Lake Erie. The people seem a little more friendlier. I like to be able to talk about modifications to my bike with out some one making a hard sale to purchase parts. Willing to share experience and make suggestions. I also do not like the high power sales tactics on purchasing a new bike. Really, I have a few. I do not need a new bike. If the want to do some thing for me convince my boss to let me have more time off to ride. If not fix the traffic in to Cleveland so I can ride all summer long. I do have to say that the prices are bit higher than what I can purchase parts with shipping cheaper at some of the larger online stores. I know that working on bikes requires special skills. But some of the modifications do not require special skills. I think the cost of labor should be tiered based off the type of work being done.

During my couple hours at sister store, R&R had plenty of time to ready the bike for pickup. Drove almost an hour to get there and when I did, the bike wasn't inspected or detailed or QC'ed. Finally after all that was completed, I had to look over the bike myself and found some fairly minor cosmetic issues and through some back and forth, a couple guys took a pic or two of damages, but not all. Said they were putting in a warranty claim for the damages. Btw, selling dealership told me to not take delivery without inspecting for damages. R&R HD said they would be in touch to get the damages corrected. Almost two months later, no contact. I believe they were just trying to get me out of there. Finally took delivery and someone rode it out of shop and was going over some new features and the drawer pops out and hits the tank. Luckily no damage and bike had to go back to service again. They adjusted it, and I was finally on my way after a couple hours. But still no contact about warranty claim, no follow up by either dealership on the purchase itself either. Paid over MSRP (not including taxes on top of that). You'd think between the two dealerships (same owner), that I'd be a pretty valuable customer to make a return customer. Guess not.
