I was told that I needed something stronger to jump it. I walked in to this AutoZone not really knowing what I was looking for. I described it but I'm not great with terms and use the word thingy a lot. I was directed to a jump box and the right size jumper cables. Since I am looking at getting a bigger motorhome, I did get the big boy version. He was very helpful in assisting me.

They proceeded to tell me that they were Chinese parts and they do not manufacture Chinese parts. So they wanted to put all new parts from their Covington store and take my mechanics parts out. Funny thing is they make 11% of parts in China. And my mechanic showed me the receipt that he bought them for Mercedes-Benz of Covington. They just wanted to rip me off. I picked up my car and I've never been back since. I even told the lady Foreman of the service department. That my mechanic bought the parts from here showed her the invoice. So she probably wanted to charge me another $500 for parts after already paid for them. So I took my car to luxury motor. He did it once over it was done.

I had a Fab Fours premium bumper installed here recently ($1000.00 which included $150.00 labor)…read morerecently I noticed approximately a 5" spot at the center bottom of my tailgate with a corresponding spot on the bumper where there was rubbing between the two (installation fitment issue). I brought it back to them and they readjusted it and checked the fit and gap. This time however they would NOT take care of the spot/damage in the tailgate where the clear coat got rubbed through. I guess the $150.00 labor was just for initial installation and did not to cover damage during the installation.
