It was obvious and my lady friend said something like really obvious. The tall guy over heard and made a comment about if you don't like the service you can go elsewhere. Firstly that gentleman who originally said I'll be right with you was rude. Then a minute later the guy said sorry we don't have that tire. Anymore, so after 4o minutes we had to go elsewhere. So not only was the staff rude, they were not well aware of their inventory, which is ignorance on the part of the employer.

I came to this place because my dealer had ordered new doors for my truck and sent it here for…read moreinstallation and paint matching. While it was there, I decided I wanted to change the tires and thought, "What better place than somewhere called Mr. Wheels?" Unfortunately, I was wrong. When I decided to move forward with the wheels and tires, I was very specific about the look I wanted. I did not want the wheels sticking out too far with oversized spacers. The person helping me barely looked at me during the entire conversation. He simply turned his monitor around, showed me an option, and told me, "This is what you want." I asked if the setup would look proportional to the truck, and he assured me it would. Based on that, I approved the job. When I returned to pick up the truck, the new doors had been installed, but I immediately noticed they had damaged the wheel arch trim panels during the paint work and hadn't repaired them. On top of that, the wheels looked nothing like I had envisioned. The truck looked like a Hot Wheels toy, which was exactly the look I had been trying to avoid from the beginning. I drove away disappointed, but after being without my vehicle for over a week, I just wanted to get out of there. A day later, I contacted them and explained that the final result was not what I had asked for. I even resent the reference photos I had originally provided. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, they defended the work and told me they thought the truck looked good. They said they would speak with the owners to see what could be done, but eventually came back and told me there was no solution and that they couldn't take the tires back because they were now "used." After that, communication completely stopped. No resolution, no attempt to make things right. If you're looking for your vehicle to have that oversized Hot Wheels look, then maybe this is the place for you. But if you want professionals who listen to what you're asking for and stand behind their work, I'd recommend doing your research and taking your business elsewhere.
