This is the closest auto part shop near my house, and every time I have come here to look for anything related to an automobile, I have been satisfied. The store is very well organized, they have knowledgeable staff that are always ready to help and they have a great selection of products. Now that we have all the special precautions that need to be taken to be safe from catching the virus, they have also made all the necessary modifications to make sure customers and their staff are safe. Markings on the floor are very clear to ensure proper distancing, the cash registers have plexiglass for extra protection and the credit card readers are placed at a good distance from the counter so you can safely use them. Today I went to return cores for a starter, alternator and two batteries. Right off rip Julius stated the website is a different company than the physical stores. When providing receipts. Julius refused to refund the cores to the batteries. When trying to ask him about the issue and why they were different from the online as I order the parts online but picked them in this store, he talked over me and refused to answer the question. Once I told him that if he would not let me know why he would not let me return the cores, I would have to make a complaint, his attitude changed from rude and indifferent to wanting to know 'Why I wanted to get him in trouble" Then walked away before finishing the core return on the alternator. I had to wait for him to realize I wasn't leaving until he returned. I don't understand how Advanced Auto part can charge for a core but not let you return it. My original issue was the policy of the two different Advanced Auto Parts companies but since Julius was identified as a manager, this is now a two part issue. Owed $44 read more

A family member of mine had a discount code with them, I got a discount and they even did the service for free. Zack taught me about my car, explained why I shouldn't go to jiffy lube, showed me what he was doing and why he needed to do them. Very efficient ! The service took less than 30 minutes. I paid $222 for a new battery with a three year warranty. They had a cheaper one, however I need this car to last me and Zack told me that the more expensive battery was the one that originally comes with my car. Super helpful, very nice and understanding as well as patient. I recommend this location, and the services provided by Zack. 10/10 would visit here again. Also ladies if you're like me did you know that warranty's aren't in your name? Which is why it takes forever to get contacted back about it. They go through the car place then do you. I ordered a radiator online from Advanced auto, after about 30 days it developed a crack on the side. No big deal manufacturer defects happen, so I called to see if this store could swap it out and the said sure. So I remove the defective radiator and bring it in, almost immediately the manager "MIKE" ran over said it wasn't an advanced auto radiator, you must have damaged it, radiator looks really old. Basically arguing with me "an actual certified tech" so I calmly walked out and called customer service. After they spoke to "MIKE" he still refused considering all the business I've done with them the past few years. "MIKE" was just really rude arguing with me and degrading me in front of customers. Awesome experience !!! Purchase a new battery on 7/13/20015, and this morning, 5/7/2017 it would not start. Jumped it and drove to the store on Orange Drive. Kirk W. tested battery and stated in was bad. He remove battery and replace it with in 10 minutes. This young man is an excellent employee and knew exactly how to handle the situation. Too bad battery failed in the first place but, Kirk handled the situation with professionalism and integrity. This type of service is almost unheard of in South Florida.
