Amanda was helping a customer she was so patient and knowledgeable the lady left her car and she didn't seem stressed at all. When I stepped to the counter she greeted me like I was a regular at the shop "Good morning how can we help you today" with a big smile. I told her I was there for a simple oil change she asked if I'd like them to do a tire rotation she said "it's recommended when doing an oil change, but it's up to you" I didn't feel pressured to add services I didn't come for. Amanda was able to get the car taken care of right away I waited about an hour for the oil change and tire rotation, the wait was a breeze. The service tech wasn't condescending when he spoke with me, which if you've ever taking your car to a dealership you know what I'm talking about. After this I will never go to the dealership for service again. I plan to bring my other car in soon. Big thank you to Local Auto Repair. In this industry, customer service is rare and great honest people are even more rare. Stephen took great care of me, was communicative, went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I ended up getting a drain and fill and my rear bearings replaced. Care left driving better than when I brought it in. This place is honestly unlike any other because of Stephen and the staff.
