I ordered 15 oil filters during their filter sale, they weren't in stock so they ordered them. They never called me when they arrived, when I went up there they didn't have a record of my purchase, I did end up getting my stuff fortunately. Most recently I bought a Napa branded 5 quart oil bottle. It tipped sideways in my trunk and about 3 quarts of the oil spilled out of an unopened bottle which is supposed to be sealed. I didn't ask them for a refund or to clean my car but only to swap out the damaged bottle for a new bottle of oil. The lady was super rude and refused to help me at all. I didn't want to argue so I just left. I contacted corporate and we'll see if anything happens. I will go to a different Napa store from now on.

I asked another employee a question and the owner walked by saying, "Well, it doesn't matter one way or another cuz we're not gonna do it". I left. I purchased a 2015 F250 super duty truck and they would never replace the passenger side door panel or the back door panels but gave me a driver side door panel and I complained about this issue for years, no one would do anything. No one will call you back and no one would get it completed under warranty. I complained about this issue for year while my warranty was in place.

Purchased a 2021 Yukon Denali in May of 2022. On the 2 hour drive home, the check engine light came…read moreon. I took the vehicle to an authorized GM dealer where they discovered low coolant and oil levels. The issue was corrected, but in less than a month the levels were back down. The deal determined that there must be a coolant leak and that GM would need to authorize repairs, but before doing this they requested a coolant consumption test. After conducting the test we discovered that the vehicle had a complete engine rebuild at roughly 4-5K miles and was poorly repaired resulting in coolant leaking into the oil. Additionally, parts were missing - a flywheel cover and heat shield. Basically the car was a lemon, sold at full price by Hutchinson Ford (there's also a Hutchinson GMC). This has to be the most shady dealership ever. I'm now working directly with GM and a legal team to figure out what action can be taken to get the vehicle repaired. Ultimately, GM never should have put the car back on the road without proper inspection and Hutchinson Ford's own mechanics should be fired for missing basic stuff in their own Blue Certified inspection (which ain't crap).

I then spoke with his manager and was actively involved in negotiations on a car via the phone and text. I received a detailed pricing sheet and reached the point of closing the deal. Then both the salesman and the sales manger stopped answering my text and phone calls. There had been no pause on my end. They called or text and I was fully engaged. The deal was on going. They used me, while doing a deal, as leverage to sell to someone else. Completely unethical and lack of respect.

A year later 12/21/22 I take the truck to trade it in for a 2022 explorer. 90 days no payments and $500 military discount or rebate applied with $3000 down. 15 days later I get a text from Dana and he stars ford backed out of the 90 days and wants to resign a deal for 45 days because the finance agreement is not longer valid. Not to include, they did not pay off my truck and sold it to someone else!! I was completely de-horsed and they used a yo-yo affect!! I was laughed at in my face three times by Dana until I snapped on him and the new Gm that took over the same day I was called in, apologized to me for him. I have everything on recording too telling me they sold my truck, they dropped the ball, and if it was them they would drive my vehicle up to the dealership themselves and tell them to shove it if they were in my shoes..well I'm stuck with this vehicle, my truck is sold and not paid off and I was also promised a months check to offset the 90 days which still hasn't happened. 20 day pay off didn't happen and nor have I received a certified emissions sticker or certificate for my brand new vehicle. I was also told life time warranty with the Hutchinson advantage and come to find out after they bullied and pressured me into signing a new deal that it is for 144k miles and or 12 years!! Bait and switch artists!! I get no real reward or happiness in this situation and honestly ready to obtain legal representation!!
