Guys in the shop were helpful to my wife and tested the battery out in the vac prior to leaving the store. After a week of consistent use, the charged battery lasts as long as the factory battery did until the factory battery went out.

And told me it exploded due to my cable could of been loose. How could it have been loose my cable was still attached to the lug that blow off. I know its only a $119.00 to get a replacement, but its under the warranty. I would not buy a battery here. Just my 2 cent. I am replacing all with trojan Batteries just cant trust then.

I then took it to O'Reilly's. He tested the battery then had to jump off my car because it wouldn't crank and then said "yep, it's your alternator." $300 later and I bought an alternator. Went to put it on and my positive battery terminal was loose. Tightened it up and no more issues. Went to crank the car to go to work the next morning and it wouldn't crank. I got someone to jump me off and drove an hour away from home to Macon Battery. Neal immediately greeted me and then tested my battery. He said I needed a new battery. He had tested it, taken the old one out, and installed a new one all in less than 10 minutes. My car cranked right up and I was on my way to work. I can now get my money back on the alternator. The battery I bought from here was less expensive than the last one I bought WITH A DISCOUNT at O'Reillys. I told Neal he was my best friend today! Super knowledgeable and very friendly. I will recommend this place to everyone.

Employees were unaware of my appt and said online appointments were not recognized with their store. They stated the tech (manager) would not be in for another 3 hours and he could help me. They stated I could leave the phone and would be called when it is ready. Employees showed no concern for my request. I made appt at another store and was given proper service in only an hour. This store is not helpful.

After I pointed out the store hours for Sunday are 10am- 5pm, I was told that the manager allowed them to close the store early that day, and I was asked to leave, even though I was already inside the store and confirmed that I definitely wanted to buy a battery, and was not there to waste time.
