Absolutely the worst customer support experience I've ever had. I bought an Energy Suspension body…read moremount kit from Emnotek for a project. When I finally reached the installation stage, I discovered the kit was incomplete. I tried to work with Emnotek, but they refused to help, claiming too much time had passed. I contacted Energy Suspension directly, and they confirmed Emnotek is responsible--but Emnotek still did nothing. This ordeal has dragged on for over two weeks with zero resolution. Terrible company support. I'll never buy from them again and will stick to reputable suppliers going forward.

Took my Cadillac to this muffler shop, the owner put the incorrect catalytic converter on my car…read more Took the car back to get the part changed out. The owner tells me that the part he put on meets all requirements for the car. However, I took the car to the Cadillac dealership to confirm that the part was incorrect. Took the the paperwork back to Macon Muffler and still til this day the owner will not change out the part. The Catalytic Converter I purchased and took to him, he said was the wrong part. In which was the correct part, which requires more work to put on correctly. All in all.. this owner difficult.. he told me he been in this business for years and is sure the part is the correct part. In which it's not.

I visited Ackerman to get a used part for my truck. The first man I talked to about a part didn't…read moreimpress me. I left my number and called him back and he told me how difficult it was to remove the part from his salvage but I knew better and gave up talking to him. A couple of hours later another gentleman called me from that establishment and told me they had gotten it off and to come get it free because of my trouble. I wanted to say thank you much and I recommend them to others and that I'll be back when I need another part. No I don't expect the next for free but I do appreciate what they did!
