If you want to be ripped off and let them not cover what they tell you they will cover, this is the place to buy a car. I purchased a 2015 F250 super duty truck and they would never replace the passenger side door panel or the back door panels but gave me a driver side door panel and I complained about this issue for years, no one would do anything. No one will call you back and no one would get it completed under warranty. I complained about this issue for year while my warranty was in place. read more

Purchased a 2021 Yukon Denali in May of 2022. On the 2 hour drive home, the check engine light came on. I took the vehicle to an authorized GM dealer where they discovered low coolant and oil levels. The issue was corrected, but in less than a month the levels were back down. The deal determined that there must be a coolant leak and that GM would need to authorize repairs, but before doing this they requested a coolant consumption test. After conducting the test we discovered that the vehicle had a complete engine rebuild at roughly 4-5K miles and was poorly repaired resulting in coolant leaking into the oil. Additionally, parts were missing - a flywheel cover and heat shield. Basically the car was a lemon, sold at full price by Hutchinson Ford (there's also a Hutchinson GMC). This has to be the most shady dealership ever. I'm now working directly with GM and a legal team to figure out what action can be taken to get the vehicle repaired. Ultimately, GM never should have put the car back on the road without proper inspection and Hutchinson Ford's own mechanics should be fired for missing basic stuff in their own Blue Certified inspection (which ain't crap). read more

I came here once before and was not impressed, but since then the physical facilities and the customer service have shown an incredible positive increase. I'm loving the new dealership! read more

BUYERS BEWARE! Bought a car from here on 10/20/18 I requested a Carfax and an oasis report and didn't receive either of them. I then asked the salesman if there were any issues with the car mechanically or structural and I was told no. After my first oil change I was told the car had a broken cv axle which was broken before purchase. I went to trade my car in on 4/1/19 and was told the Carfax shows structural damages, which was never disclosed at the time of purchase. I now have bondo falling off the car in multiple spots as well as missing factory trim. The dealership has done nothing to correct this and is now ignoring my calls. read more

I'd like to re-tract my last review of this business. I sent an email to Trophy Ford on 5/14/16 in regards to a missing item from the car (valet key). I did not receive a response to this message. I resent it on 5/19/16 and added that the oil change light came on. I asked to bring it in so the service department could look at it. Kathy from Trophy Ford finally responded and told me that: 1. If there was a valet key it would have been in the deal jacket at the time of the sale. I was not told at the time of the sale there was even such a thing as a valet key, otherwise I would have asked about it. 2. Kathy stated to bring the vehicle in on 5/21 between 9-12 and the service dept. would look at it. I arrived at 9:30 am on 5/21 and the service manager was rude. I told him that I had corresponded with Kathy and that she said for me to bring the vehicle to be looked at. The service manager and his flippant attitude stated he could not look at my car. He said he did not have the proper tools. He went on to say that he could reset the light. I told him I didn't want it reset until I knew what was wrong. I told him that I could reset the light. I asked him if Kathy was in and he said no, she only worked M-F. I spoke to a salesperson about the issue and he gave me his card and said to take it to the closest VW dealership and said to have them send him the bill for the oil change if that was needed. I went to the local VW dealership and they explained the issue with the light and informed me that the first service on a VW is covered with the purchase price. I spent my entire morning having this car serviced due to: 1. Lack of communication- Kathy should've communicated with the service department to determine if they could check my vehicle out. 2. Incompetence and lack of customer focus- The sales staff should've notified me that there was an issue with the valet key (not sure why they couldn't get one cut other than cost) and second let me know they were unable to check my vehicle. The flippant attitude the service dept. displayed was rude at best and showed their lack of customer focus. From my experience with Trophy Ford, they will get the sale complete however forget about you once you drive off the lot. read more

My experience with Trophy Ford was nonexistent until today. I have a 99 VW Beetle with a coolant problem so I called them to see if they could replace a water pump. The lady in service was very nice and obviously caught in between me and a mechanic or so I thought. While she was on the phone with me talking to him I could hear him telling her to hang up because my car was air cooled and didn't have a water pump and I was a prank caller. Please keep in mind I also own a 1979 aircooled super Beetle I understand the difference between the different cooling systems and I understand that I called a Ford dealership, but I was looking for a knowledgeable mechanic. I live in Forsyth and was trying to support our local economy. I was also ready to hear that they didn't work on Volkswagens. Obviously, with a 99 beetle, I will be in the market for a new car. After this experience, unfortunately, I will not be able to support my local Ford dealership. read more

I was in the market for a pickup truck. I searched online and finally made the trek out to Forsyth, GA to meet Keith at Trophy Ford. He sold me the 2002 F150 I wanted at a reasonable price. I wouldn't say it was a steal, but it was well within my budget and definitely competitive with other comparable models/prices. Keith was very kind and willing to work with me, and I've had the truck for over three years now. Could not be happier with my purchase or my experience with Trophy Ford. read more

Don't wast your time if you are trading a car or truck the manager Nick will not give you what your car is worth on a trade. Will try and give you less then rough book value no matter how clean your car is and don't care how low the miles are on the vehicle. Better to just look at another dealer I feel bad for the salesman that have to work with him read more
