Seriously, instead of arguing... I tell him to refund my money and we'll buy somewhere else. He quickly changed his tune, gave her the part. However, he refused to take the core and refund my $35 dollars. What a jerk! With that being said... I had to take the core to a different location to get my core deposit back.
