Free use of engine diagnostics tool is 5 stars in my book. Most shops will charge around $75 just to plug this tool in and tell you the code. Sometimes it's something as simple as you need a new gas cap. If you car won't run, but the CEL is on, you can "buy" the tool (loaner version), use it at your home, and bring it back for a full refund. Brilliant in my book, and a sure way to get my business too.

Went to pick it up and waited for almost 2 hours in the waiting area while ole boy was in field "pulling it" from a vehicle. Finally I lost my patience and asked for my money back as I got tired of waiting. The guy behind the counter gave me my money back without any grief or incident. Won't ever go back there again.

After driving over an hour to get there they sold me the part for 50 dollars and gave me a receipt in hand. The owner or guy in charge(little short weird looking guy bad hair cut and hair slick back) said they could not give it to me (after I had paid and had receipt in hand could. I could have called the cops) unless I paid an additional 50 dollars for the window I didn't need. I was forced to agree because all other yards were closing. I waited over an hour and then they broke the piece on the window I needed(karma). The owner tried to get me to buy the part from another car that wasn't compatible. The one they cracked the owner refused to give me a responsible discount. I wasn't even sure I could glue it back and it would even stay put. Stay away for GLEN AND JERRY as owner (guy in charge) is very this dishonest.

I do not think I will bring my vehicle back here or shop for a new vehicle here when this one dies. I brought my 2013 Honda Fit in for its routine maintenance as I have always done. I was told upon arrival that I would "probably" be handled by end of day (Monday). Later on that afternoon I received a call from the service rep that a planned water filter replacement could not be made because the part was not in stock, but they would definitely have the part in stock tomorrow (Tuesday) and my repairs would be completed then. Fine. Whatever. Not happy about it but supply chain issues happen. I can understand. So on Tuesday around noon I call them to ask for a status update. They tell me that they got the part and that the tech said it would be done by "2-4 pm". I then received a text message saying my vehicle's status was updated to "welcome" and then immediately to "being worked on". Maybe they just forgot to press some buttons the day before though. Either way, come five o'clock I get another call telling me that they just weren't able to get it done but it would absolutely be done "tomorrow" (Wednesday). Today is Wednesday and I was finally notified around 11am that my car was ready. When I got there, another service rep checked me out because my assigned one was not there at that moment, but he told me that the service department was not receiving parts regularly and that there was a huge backlog of cars from last week. Do I believe it? I'm not sure. But even assuming it's true, a couple things come to mind here: 1. I made my appointment a week in advance. The repairs needed are part of a standard service schedule. Can you not order the parts you know you will need ahead of time? Maybe if you see a big backlog forming you could even ask me to reschedule with another Honda dealer. 2. If you see there is a backup in repairs and you really just cannot get it all done the day of service, that needs to be communicated. Tell me honestly when I will get my car back. "End of day" and "two days from now" are very very different. 3. There was no offer of a loaner car or even a ride. Apparently they do offer uber service but Carrollton is too far away. I really think a loaner vehicle would have been appropriate if you're going to hold onto my car for two days though. My big complaint is just the complete opacity of the entire process though. Stringing me along day by day was a really bad experience.
