We worked with Jef and he did a great job, taking care of us, especially since we had set up an appointment, and for some reason, they didn't have it on the books, but he took care of us, took us through the process quickly and easily, gave us a great deal and got us through very quickly. In addition, Moussa worked with us on financing and made it simple and quick and very convenient for us when we had forgotten a couple things we needed. From start to finish this was a great experience, very happy with our purchase and very happy with everyone we worked with. I would highly recommend anyone looking for these cars to head that direction. It's a little out of town, but it's worth a trip. They also have a service area in made sure to get our car clean and full gas tank before we headed out the door.

The clerk was readily available so it was a quick and painless process. I didn't have the time to change the bulb so I had to wait when I got home. Once I got home to change it, we realized I had a few more bulbs out and the one I bought was wrong so went back to store to exchange and get bulbs. The staff are normally very helpful. The prices are sometimes a bit steep but it's cheaper in long run to do it yourself than go to mechanic. Overall I have a good experience and I hit up this store when I'm in need.

I drove my car to this advance auto parts on stop 11 Road and they refused to exchange the battery for a different one. They did a really good job of acting like a bunch of assholes. Store manager was a huge piece of shit. and that was about it. I had to drive to another location and they are exchanged it No problem. Buyer Beware Update! Took my trailer into trailers plus for the second time due to fast wear on the…read moretires. They first stated that the trailer was overloaded and recomended taking it to a scale. You would have thought professionals would have had scales as DOT officers even have them. We weighed the trailer and it was 2K under weight and I think the max load was like 4K. Not even close to max weight. After letting them know, they then said the trailer wasn't loaded correctly. 4 weeks ago, they approved me for new tires under warranty, but then after today, they decided that they would not honor them as I told them I was done with them and am taking it in to a legit trailer retailer who can provide real service. Brody and Zack have been the most frustrating peope to work with. They will sell you a trailer, but when it comes to service, you are screwed. This company provides junk. Spend a little more and get a better product and a service proffesional that values your business. I'm happy to say, I Give up, they won, they wore me out. Congrates to Trailers plus!
