I ordered a 4 post lift from complete hydraulic on 03/26/2016 on 03/28/2016 they insisted on payment in full and implied they would ship to me in 2-3 weeks it is now 08/12/2016 and still no lift or refund on my money $2994.95. I have tried to get a straight answer from them for over 3 months and have been told that the lift was in and would be shipped soon and the next week the lift is not in yet! they have no clue what is going on in there warehouse, the owner keeps telling me he is on top of it and will get back to me. And he never does I have to contact him. He has lied to me on several fact's made false promises. At this point I don't think I will ever get my lift ! 5 months and nothing!! My husband and I ordered a motorcycle lift 7 weeks ago. We were assured that it would ship in two weeks, but that was a lie. When we inquire as to where it is we keep being met with vague answers about ships and docks. They will neither give us a tracking number for our order nor issue us a refund. We can't dispute the charge because the company did it via check by phone (the do not accept credit cards, probably because your can dispute those charges ). Upon further research we have found many other people who just straight up never received their order. This company is a scam and no one should ever order from them. my wife and I own a dump truck service Cynthia Heavy Haul LLC last Saturday !0/16/21. Hauling dirt with are triaxel dump truck. Has I dump the dirt the hydraulic cyclinder that raises the bed just came apart. Now the bed is stuck in the air wont come down. Bed stuck in the air what the hell whats bad about this over the winter I paid Hook to rebuild the cyclider. back to the story , a good friend told me call Complete Hydraulic I did Monday morning. A man answer the phone I explain the situation the dame bed in the air can not drive it like this to your shop. Found out later I was talking to the owner Randy Brown he got a huge shop and 30 peoply working for him fine this out later. He says got a few things to finish up. I well get back to you around 1 pm calls back lucky he found a backhoe we be there a 2,23 pm. The back hoe showed up at 2.15. I been depressed for 2 days now calling peoply to help called hooks well you bring the cyclinder her we look at it. The cyclinder main body was bent couldnt get one until December . Stressing out again losing $800 to $1000 a day, I called Randy he sayed I got this is what I do dont worry I said ok I not bother you he sent me a vedio of my bed going up Im extactac . YOUR AN IDIOT IF YOU BUY FROM THESE DIRTBAGS!!! Here is my complaint that I filed with BBB on 01/04/13 for a transaction done on 07/16: "I made a purchase on 07/16/2012 for a hydraulic motorcycle lift. The customer service rep that I was working with, Linda Hall, took my order, charged my visa ($749.95) and filled out a bill of lading sheet for me. I work for a company that would be able to have this item be picked up instead of shipping it. Linda had informed me that this item was on back order and was due in toward the end of August. On 08/28/2012 I sent Linda an email asking for status of the lift. She replied that they were supposed to be in by this week, however, since they are made overseas there was a delay and now the date was pushed back till the end of September. On 09/14/12 I emailed her again about status. She replied they would be to here by the end of the week and she would call when they arrived. October 4th 2012 emailed her again about ETA. She replied "They are on the water and will be here by the end of month." Funny how on 09/14/12 they were expecting this item in by the end of the week and now it's on the water. Emailed Linda on 10/22/12 got no response. Emailed again on 10/24/12 asking if the end of the month was still a good date. She replied "We are waiting to hear from the Carrier." Now we are in November. 11/05/12, I emailed Linda about ETA, she replies "Still waiting to hear from Chicago to let us know when they will be arriving." I replied asking for a better date because it is constantly getting pushed back. She replied "We are hoping this week." Finally on December 17th 2012 I asked Linda for the email to ask for a refund. She gave me refunds@completehydraulic.com Now is where my issue begins again with the refund email and failure to communicate. I sent an email to the address Linda had given me stating, "Please credit the full amount of $749.95. This order was process in July and I was told it would be here late September. Then in September October. October to November and now not until the end of December to the beginning of January. Please respond on how this will to processed and how long it will take to receive the credit on my account." I received no response. I called on 12/26/2012, spoke to Linda Hall regarding credit refund. She asked if I sent the email to the refund department. I told her it was sent 12/17. She stated someone will get back with me to see if a check has been written. She said someone would call me today or tomorrow (12/26 or 12/27) to let me know. I also sent another email to the refund address stating this exact same thing but added that this was the 2nd request to let me know a status. I called again on 12/27, Linda answered and I asked her again about the refund, she stated, "I left it on his desk, I don't know when he will be in" I let her know I would call everyday then to check up on it. No contact has been made with me for this credit. I called 01/02/13 and got the "general mailbox" I left a voicemail asking for someone to return my call and that it was getting frustrating that I cannot get a call back. I left my customer ID, Invoice number, Name and contact info. No one returned my call. I called today 01/03/12. I spoke to Steve who then turned me to Dave, who then sent me to Randy. I got Randy's voicemail. I automatically hung up and called back again. Dave answered the service line. I told him I want to speak with someone not leave a message. He replied "Well that's who you need to talk to" I told him that this was the 4th attempt to get a refund and I want to talk to someone because I am going to take them to small claims if I don't get my refund. He replied "Well Randy is the only one you need to talk to" Dave sent me to his voicemail. I let Randy know this was my 4th - 5th attempt to get a refund gave him my contact name. invoice number, customer ID. I also told him if I didn't hear from him about my credit or receive my credit by January 11th 2013 I will be talking to small claims. I have yet to hear back from him. I have all the emails that were sent between Linda and I. I have all emails that were sent to the refund department. I think this is the most frustrating thing . I can't believe that a company can jerk a customer around and think nothing of it. In today's economy $750 is a nice chunk of money to have. All I wanted was a refund. Now it is turning into a battle. I will NEVER do business with this company and will never refer anyone to them. I have taken personal time, work time, and now money and effort to send them a certified mail copy of this dispute and possible time and money for small claims. I hope something can be done." I have a 4 post lift from them and it has been nothing but junk, Hydraulic ram blew out right away and was so cheaply built that a new piston had to be made for it, I have replaced 2 of the 4 cables because they were fraying. Don't buy a lift or anything from this business (Complete Hydraulic Service & Sales). His lifts are rebranded AplusLift's and can be ordered directly from them with FREE SHIPPING. I paid cash for a lift from Complete Hydraulic and was made to pay shipping. I was told it was in stock and would ship within days. I then had to call them several times over a two week period before finally being told by Randy the owner it was shipped; it was not. Though I was given a Bill of Lading number and told Central Transport was the shipping company...the number would not track. I once again called and they looked in their warehouse....THERE IT SAT. Once the shipping company actually picked it up, the Bill of Lading number gave tracking info. It arrived at my location withing three days, but I never received notice of its arrival for delivery. I called the phone number on the shipping info to arrange delivery, but the number, once you got someone to answer, was a remote number and no local number was available....all their internal communication was handled by computer...it took me two days and many calls before they were able to get the local terminal to reply to their computer messages. I had the lift delivered to my installer as he had a fork lift and trailer. He accepted delivery. Upon arrival to my address, while it was being installed, I noticed the lift had many deep scratches, the brand decals (The Complete Lift) were damaged, and one of the locking latch covers was missing. The installer told me in that he deals with many lift companies to call the seller and they would send touch up paint, decals, and the cover. When I called Randy, the owner of Complete Hydraulic he told me it was the trucking company's responsibility. That my installer should have noted the damage on the shipping paperwork when he accepted the lift. He told me to go to Lowes, have the color matched, buy the paint and repaint it. I used the manufacturer model number and discovered it came back to APlusLift. Sure enough the lift was listed on their webpage for about what I paid but with free shipping....making it $500 less. I contacted them, explained my difficulty with Complete HydraulicCylinderRepair, and was shipped touch up paint, a replacement cover, and decals, at no cost for $20 shipping. I removed the "The Complete Lift" name and business phone number from the lift. The lift is a good lift, but Randy of Complete Hydraulic Cylinder Repair proved to be really lacking real customer service. His business has a "F" rating from the BBB, so I filed a complaint with them. read more

I bought a Powerrex SL10000 BP lift, from a local California distributor (to save shipping fees) many years ago. The distributor I bought it from was not helpful, after the sale. THUS, I began telephoning Complete Hydraulic's in Indiana, instead. Complete Hydraulics, over the years, promptly answered my technical questions, quite satisfactorily. I bought a set of "Truck Adapters" for my lift, from Complete Hydraulic's. They gave me a fair price and shipped them to my Ca. location, promptly. I recommend Complete Hydraulics. read more

After they received my payment of USD$15,000 the last nice thing they did was to give me an ETA. The ETA came and went and I didn't hear from them. Next thing I knew they had forgot to order my stuff. Apparently I didm't confirm my order !! 3 months passed with story after story except the one about the hurricane that blew off their roof. I called the Franklin Police and they said they knew about "Complete Hydraulic" as I wasn't the only one complaining about them. I also contacted BBB and the District Attorney to file a complaint against them. I then got an email from Randy, the boss of complete hydraulic. See below. "I certainly hope people don't do the same to you and your company in the near future. It's possible. Anyone can write anything about other companies and their company on these sites also. Evil vindictive people are always looking to do back to others just as you did. I would be careful with that. Someone may do the same to you and your company soon? You never know? The worst ever... ordered and paid for a lift on August 10, 2015. Was told it would be delivered on 8/19. As of 9/2 we still hadn't received the product, and had no clear answer as to when it might come. Got answers like "it's in Ohio", "still trying to locate it", "looking for a truck to deliver it", etc. We cancelled the order and requested a refund. It's now Sept 21, and still no refund. This is my first post ever on Yelp. From the looks of things not many people see this company on Yelp but for those who do beware. I felt compelled to write a review specifically about this company because of my experience with them. I do commercial replacement for insurance losses on tools and equipment for people who had their property vandalized, stolen etc. etc. I deal with hundreds of vendors weekly to place orders for various product. Most vendors are regulars we use due to good working history and relationships. Well, I needed to order a SL10000BP Car Lift for a client. Needless to say I am pissed. Its not even that this company has bad customer service, its that they dont have it at all. If I could give a negative rating I would. It is almost impossible to get someone on the phone. I have this product still on order and no one will call me back or can even look up status for me. They even say they will have Randy, (the owner) call me back. I have left him a few voice mails even and never get a return call. I cant even tell my clients an ETA of when they can expect to get their product because no one here cares at all. This is just the short version by the way. It has now been over a month since our order was placed. NO ONE CALLS ME BACK!!!! Do not, what ever you do order anything from this company if you are like me and at least expect a somewhat meaningful attempt at follow up or order status. I would cancel my order if it were not for the insistence of my client and no matter what I still look like the bad guy to my customer because of this companies horrible service. I also filed a report with the General Attorney of Indiana.. I recommend you do the same. They pushed me off and no one answers the phones except the poor man in the service department. I didn't even know yelp existed until today. This company treated me so poorly that I felt it neccesary to find a way to get the word out there. When placed my order for the car lift for my husband, they told me it would be delivered in 10-14 business days. On the 15 business day, I called to see when my lift would be delivered. I was told that the manager/owner was not available to give me an update but a message would be left for him to call me. Over the next week and a half, I called every day to find out what was going on. The story was always the same from the woman answering the phone - "I haven't seen him yet today, he's out at lunch, I don't know where he is..." The manager/owner was not available once that I called, and I NEVER recieved a call back from him. I even called and threatened to cancel my order, but I did not recieve a call after that either. So I called and threatened to file a fraud claim since they had not hesitated in taking my money out of my bank account but I had not seen the product in the promised time, but that didn't work either. I never recieved a call from this manager/owner. This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I finally went to my bank, explained my situation to them and got a reimbursement. Even after taking my money back out of their account, I still did not recieve a call. Unbelievable. This company just DOES NOT CARE. Yesterday, I called one more time to make sure the order was completely canceled so I can order from another company. They informed me that yes, my order was canceled. No explanation from them, no apology. An hour later, this mysterious manager/owner called me! He was calling to inform me that my car lift was being delivered that day. Yeah right!!! At the end of the conversation all I got were a bunch of excuses and no apology.
