They said they were backed up but bring it in. We dropped it off as they were closing on Saturday and they had fixed the problem by noon on Monday. (We feared we be living with a water bucket on the trip or have to leave it at the Braun's and pick it up on the way back!) I can't say enough about the concern and service provided by the manager Mike and the technician. They were amazing and salvaged our trip to see our grandson. I was frustrated and defeated as I pulled into this Belle Tier since they have a free air pump. I got out to start looking at my tires and start filling them up and one of the employees gets out of his car and walks over to me to help fill up up my tires. He fills them all up for me and goes back to his car to finish his break. The fact that this employee willing came over to help me even though he was on his break spoke volumes about this group. The second instance was having battery issues. I jumped my car to get it to the shop. They were able to get me in right away and I was on my way home less than an hour after. Their prices were comparable to others around! I will continue to go over to them just because of their customer service. They also didn't offer me extra services which is amazing.

He told me I needed to purchase a new tailgate liner when the only thing that needed replaced was the extrusion pieces that fit across the top of the liner to hold it in place (the extrusion pieces were cracked and pieces were missing ). Then he proceeded to charge me a $75.00 installation charge and when he performed the installation he did a less than stellar job. When I called to talk to him he was busy at the time and the office gal said he would need to call me back. He ghosted me...big surprise. I later found out from Weathertech that they would have provided the extrusion pieces at no charge and I could have easily installed them myself. Now I am out the $150.
