I then contacted him back he asks me to ship it back to him which I did that he would refund me my money back or send a new battery. At this point a week had pasted by so I had to go rebuy another battery. Meanwhile im still contacting the owner of Mr. Jorge and he is telling me that he is waiting for the battery to be tested, which I had already did because he asks me to that he would call me back. Several days go by I call back he has other employees answering the phone stating that he is not in or he is with a costumer. At this point, I know that Jorge is starting to avoid me. It's now going on 2 weeks since this all started and he is telling me that he has tested the battery and it has come back perfect.......So please tell me why in the hell would I go through all this with a battery that I NEED and now I have paid right at $600 because I had to go buy my own battery because I need my vehicle for work. I the matter of 10 days the performed two oil changes and a brake job for us. I had to return both vehicles after discovering significant oil leaks on my garage floor. Twice it could have cost us the loss of an engine had I not discovered their mistakes. They also made a significant error on the brakes on one wheel. All three of thes could have been avoided had they checked their work. Beware. They are incompetent.
