Needless to say, that was getting expensive. I told the guy at the front (who I presume to be the owner) and he responded "you definitely have a problem!" He further said that he would look into it. He looked up the belt in his system and cross checked it with the numbers on the piece of belt that I handed him. He had a NAPA belt delivered from across the street. After the belt was delivered he noticed that the belt was actually too long to leave room for adjustments. In other words, the belt would fit but detention adjusters didn't have any room left to make any additional adjustments. He told me that's what the issue was and he was going to go back across the street himself and get a shorter belt. This solve the problem permanently I hope. Think about it though. I took this vehicle to two other mechanics who just went by what their system said was the part and installed it whether it fit correctly or not then sent me on my way. These guys took the time to make sure that the part actually fit. They told me how much it would be up front and got me in and out in a little over an hour. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys! I highly recommend Hi-Tech Automotive!

I couldn't find what I wanted. A nice gentleman at the counter asked a couple of his co workers, but alas no Scotchgard. The aisles were neat and clean. The employees friendly and helpful. In retrospect they also have a larger selection of auto care products than O'reillys across the street.

I'm pretty sure this is the least convenient store for my regular automotive needs but when I get tired of a 'special feature' on a crafty car this is a good spot to remedy that situation.

I left it to be fixed; a gasket was ordered from what I was told and picked my car up the next day. Not even 48 hours later, my oil indicator comes on and says my oil has fallen below minimum level and to add 1 quart. I'm beyond pissed and upset that I'm not satisfied with this experience. Lesson learned. Friendly people but I will not go back. Update: I decided to take my car back after many conversations my spouse had with Haro. I did speak to him as well. My car hasn't leaked any oil in 2 weeks since taking it back for him to fix. The reason I decided to go back is because he asked for a chance to make things right. Waited in line for 40 minutes for an inspection before deciding to leave. I was third out of seven…read morethat hadn't moved at all. However I watched them finish three oil changes and start working on another during that time. This is usually the only place we go for inspections and oil changes but not after today. It was completely ridiculous. There's no reason for them to make inspections wait that long. The line was literally out to the road.
