My instructions went in one ear and right out the other. They did finally get it right. The problem now is that the tire they rotated needs repaired or replaced but the lugs have been tightened so extreme that it bent the oem tire iron that came with the vehicle. A tire company should never tighten lug nuts that tight. They should use the recommended level of torque recommended by the manufacturer. Now i'm going to have to pay someone to either tow the vehicle to a shop or pay someone to come out just to get the wheel off. Shear incompetence. Avoid Missouri State Tires at all cost or you too might be stranded or stuck with a vehicle that you can't change the tire on.

Because of the angle of his adventure, it took longer than expected to fix. They initially were going to bend it out but it wouldn't hold the tail light so they replaced the entire fender. Knowing nothing of this sort of thing, I called and was told to bring the car in. They looked at the situation and it was NOTHING related to their repair and what was presented as a possibility.
