While I did not get my oil changed I did go in with a low tire indicator light. The tech checked all my tires for nails, refilled my air pressure, reset my meter and didn't charge me for the service. I came to this location Wednesday because I have about 2% oil life left. I waited in line for 15 minutes before being told they didn't know how long I'd have to wait due to technical difficulties on their part and that it might be better for me to come back another time. Annoying? Sure, but not a big deal. I came back today and waited 45 minutes. Finally the bay opened and it was my turn! Then a team member came over and told me I needed to move out of the way to let a truck go in ahead of me. I asked why and mentioned I had been waiting and had an appointment I had to go to. They told me the truck had been there first which was not true at all. They wouldn't do my oil change unless I allowed the truck to go first and waited even longer. I had an amazing experience at Valvoline today! the staff and service was amazing! Justin, (wait shout out!!!!!) helped me in making the best decisions in the past three months. I had been having problems with my car execrating after braking, I explained the problem to Justin. He offered me a deal to get my serpentine belt changed. I did not even know that Valvoline could do that. little did he know that i had already gotten a bid somewhere else for this service. So i was positive that they werent just selling me something to take advantage. AND their bid was much cheaper and they were finished in 30 minutes. Now I know i can trust a local shop and they are more affordable and fast. Justin explained everything so well for me to make a good decision. I came in for an oil change now i am a customer for life!!! just moved into town, now I have a local shop! Oh and they gave me two popsicles it was 90 degrees plus today! NICE!!!!!!! read more

Took my daughters vehicle in for an oil change. Everyone there seemed very nice and checked everything (I watched). The only thing they didn't check or fill was my wiper and coolant fluids but not sure if they do that, oh I had to ask if they could check tire pressure also. I would return because customer service was great, didn't feel rushed but I don't like driving the vehicle onto the ramps, it's scary! read more

Terrible customer service! 3 yr warranty on their batteries is plastered everywhere even on the battery. They would not honor it. Said it tested fine. Weird it wouldn't start my van though. lol. Manager at this store was rude and told me I could take this battery anywhere and it would test fine And was adamant he would not be giving me a new battery. The battery was swollen on one side. Since getting a new battery ELSEWHERE we haven't had one issue. Their customer care line is a joke too. Lost my first complaint. Said they do not give refunds on batteries. I just want one of them to drive around for a week with this battery in their vehicle and then we can discuss. I won't ever go back! Beware of the "3 yr warranty" total scam. read more

The most horrible experience! Took my Cadillac there to get oil changed and that afternoon, smoke was billowing from my hood and my oil pressure was very low. Huge oil stain on my drive. When i called, they had me bring it back in and said the tech over-tightened the filter causing the gasket to break spraying oil all over. They re-did the oil change And the next day i notice another large spot. Took it to the dealer and they said that the tech had damaged my skid plate, and ruptured the housing for the drain plug. Valvoline used a hammer to get my skid plate off. 2500.00 of damage and all i get from valvoline is a refund and not even an "im sorry". Given Two Stars for hospitality, although *Negligence and *Unreliability exhibited. Failed to secure the panel under my car. Came in for a quick oil change on 11/29/21 so I could leave my car in good condition while going out of town. Was weary from one other review, but things went well. Until... After driving a few miles I noticed a weird sound under my car. Thought it was my brakes at first. And then finally took a look under my car and saw the panel was hanging down because it had not been properly secured following the oil change. I immediately took the car back, which was an inconvenience of its own. They hooked the panel back up, and apologized. (I can say they were polite and respectful here.) However, if you neglect to secure a vehicle which leads to damage and opens the possibility for a serious incident to occur, then there should definitely be more than just a sorry. One Star for damaging my vehicle. I pay for an oil change expecting not to be concerned my vehicle will fall apart afterwards due to services. read more
