I had no problem with that and ended up waiting for about 10 minutes before the paint person picked up the line. I introduced myself and stated I was interested in color matched paint options. He immediately started dictating that he would not mix up paint before it was paid for at the store; and I would need to come to the store in order to pay. I replied by saying that I had not implied that I wanted him to do so, and that I was calling to confirm that their location provided paint matched mixing services and inquire about pricing and availability with regards to my particular paint. Just as he began to discuss the different quantities available, he stopped and started to yell out something about bungee cords. I then heard the sound of the phone dropping to the counter followed by silence. I waited few minutes before hanging up. The person who initially answered the phone was very polite. Their paint professional on the other hand, sounds like he just doesn't care. All in all a big fat waste of time, and I purchased my paint from a business a little further away.

All I needed was the backseat to be changed from a formal roof car to a convertible. The backseats are different. They told me that I had to send the whole set back. The problem was the two front bucket seats had already been upholstered. I asked if I could send just the Backseat back since it was the wrong one. They said the only way they could do an exchange was for me to un-upholster my front seats. and send everything back. Absolutely ridiculous. This once was a good company. If you aren't sure the exact model of a part they will happily look it up for you. They will also offer advice if you aren't sure what to buy. Once you check out they are always happy to help you install what you purchased. I was there last week and it was no different. It was an easy and positive experience. I had some speed bucks credits that I was trying to use to stock up on things I keep in the garage. The gentleman told me I can use as many as I want but each credit needs to be used in a separate transaction. No one told me that before so I was thrilled that I could buy everything I needed that day. Great customer service!

They only had two left. The best thing about my visit wasn't that they had it in stock. It was also that it was only $11 (Delta Sonic wanted to charge me $30 for it) and they installed it for me. Even though it was snowing! It took the guy like 30 seconds to do it. It probably would have taken my some 5 minutes to put it on my car.
