Because we were 600 miles away from the dealership we went ahead and made plans to have a certified RV inspector to inspect the RV for us. The dealership made it very easy for the inspector to come and do his inspection. Jackie in the service department is very helpful and patient and Kyle, our service tech lead, was patient and knowledgeable as well during our 4 1/2 hours of training.
