I bought a battery at another Autozone but it wasn't working properly so I took it here and they swapped it out for me. Some chains don't honor purchases from sister stores but Autozone does. Autozone will test your battery and alternator and starter. They'll install batteries for you. You can loan out useful tools instead of buying them and get a check engine light code read. I recommend this particular store as well as the other area stores. I've been to them all and they are all superb.

They did want to fix any of the issues. We had to twist their arm just to drop the price three hundred bucks. When there repairs to make things right of $860.95. They acted like we were trying to rob them. We bought the Escape they did not even fill the gas tank with gas. I drove Escape just a mile down the road and the gas light came on after telling there was gas in the car. Two weeks later before I had an appointment to fix all the issues the Ford Escape would not move by stop sign. I had all I could do to get it gear to move the car to a parking lot. I got towed to the mechanic and got bad news the transmission is burned out. It will cost anywhere from three thousand to four thousand to fix the transmission. Tried reach to them if they could work something out. Chip said read the paperwork you sign. It sold as is. You bought it you own it. I can't believe these great reviews this can't be the same guy. He must of paid the people to give him such great reviews. I would not buy a pig from this guy.

I'm sure for the bigger cars like SUVs the quote is higher. I was asked about any specific concerns I had or certain areas they should focus on. Super helpful and knowledgeable. They do not take out car seats for cleanings due to safety concerns. Cleaned under my seats and vacuumed my mats as well. Spotless and smelled great! The car was done at exactly one hour mark of my appointment time.

Normally when I go into the store, it is to purchase something, but today I sought help removing a parking warning sticker from my window. The entire staff was eager to help, but one employee in particular went above and beyond. Daquari was not even on staff today, but he went to his car and retrieved some window remover fluid and a tool and stood with me in the heat and worked at it until the entire sticker was gone. He was not even clocked in but did this just to be kind. I have never even had a sub par visit to this store. Every time is top notch...but today the employees (and Daquari in particular) showed me that old school customer service is not gone.
