When I had that service a year ago, we had placed a tracer dye in the system so that we could (hopefully) figure out where the leak actually came from. This time around, we found it, or at least we think it has been found. Turned out to be a couple of seals that had probably gone bad, so they were serviced when I brought the car in. It took them about three hours to perform the entire process, from diagnosis to completion of service. The shop is a Mercedes specialist, and they know the cars well. The prices are right, and the customer service is good. So long as I own a Mercedes, this will be the place it goes to for work.

However, I drive home.. my suv starts smoking. I'm 90 minutes away from home because I work in GCS and live 90 minutes away. I make it home but every time i stopped I saw smoke. My husband popped the hood and the cap was off sitting on the engine. There was oil everywhere. So it was cleaned up and cap put on. I lost oil so the next day I took it back and they topped it off and wrote a claim report that is I had any other problems they would fix. So, I had an aneurysm and did not use my car for 6 months. So I go to get my oil change on 10/1/22 and they go to change the oil and my oil filter housing and it looks like the folks (Tires Plus GCS) zip tied my oil filter housing and now I cannot use it, it's parked at Walmart until the part comes in. I called Tires Plus GCS and they have no documentation of me having issues. Good thing I saved mine.
