They canceled…read moreon me twice and when they finally DID show up the installer informed me because there was rust, they could not replace the windshield. I would have to have a body man remove the rust. Called my body man Rick and he advised me he could do it for me but not until after the 1st of the year Jan, 2026. Brought it to Rick the third week of January. had safelite come out to remove the old windshield so the work could be performed. At that time Donna, Ricks wife called me to say they wanted an additional one hundred and some odd dollars because they had to come out Twice which I had already told them they would need to do and that was what their installer had told me would need to be done anyway. So instead of wanting $266.02 they now wanted more money. She asked if I was ok with that and I said no way and had a discussion with safelite on the phone. The man I spoke with in a 3 way conversation with Donna said that was a mistake and I would not be charged and extra. Next Rick calls them to tell them the work has been completed the day after they removed the windshield and they claim they can't put a new windshield in my truck because they don't have a windshield to fit it? Why on earth do you remove a windshield if you don't have one to replace it with. By this time I've about had it with safelite and I tell them that I rescheduled the install for the following Monday Feb 9, 2026 and that they better show up and complete the work or I would cancel the job altogether and they would not see penny one out of it. Monday comes, Safelite tells me they will be there and I'm finally going to get my truck back. Guess again. They showed up alright but now they are claiming unless I pay them up front, they won't do the job. I told the installer I wanted to speak with his boss who has already blown me off two other times as far as calling me and I have finally had enough and told them don't plan on collecting a penny if you don't do that job TODAY. Boss never called me, just told his installer to leave and don't do the work. Got a call from Donna saying the kid packed up and left.

One thing I like -- unlike other windshield repair places which might profit by claiming replacement is needed (costing thousands), Superglass doesn't do replacement, so if it can be safely repaired, that's what they'll do. They were fast, nice, did a great job, kept me up to date on how it was going via text messages, and dis I say... Did an excellent job. They promised me it would be done by a certain date and actually delivered it early. I have already recommended them and they are happy with the results also. I hope that I don't have another collision, but if I do... my vehicle will be right back at Gerber.

It was paid for through insurance that was all handled. They even gave me a ride to enterprise so I could pick up my rental car. However, when I pulled in to drop my car off, there was an elderly man and his wife who was laying on the ground in the middle of the parking lot, of course pulled in really quickly got out of the car and I'm also lonely and said oh no what happened is she OK? I'm just waiting that the person said she'd come right out. She was in her car. She just driven by them and help her up. They've been waiting for almost 10 minutes lying on the ground between the Hospital and I we got her up. Another car came by another employee came by and the other Employee finally got out of her car to come in with a new Employee not one word to the old man. Is your wife OK is she fine? Nothing sorry for the delay. Nothing they just let her lay out in their parking lot. I thought that was horrendous. I even did that later on like the manager about it I never heard back but I did my part. Did they fix my bumper? Did they do a good job? Yes they did. I'm not going to fit on that job seem to be excellent. They were. They were good they called me and they were quick with service however a company that will allow someone to an elderly person to lie on the ground because you were too lazy to get out of your car that's unbelievable. Plus they said they opened up at 7:30 which of course they didn't because it was 755 before we actually got anybody coming to the door.

My girlfriend brought her car here to be fixed. They didn't look at the car until a week after she…read moredropped it off. Then they spent 2 months "waiting for a piece to come." Finally the piece came, they told her it was all put together and painted, and all they had to do was send it to Audi to configure the sensory system. At this point they told her the car would be ready by the following Tuesday. Then she gets a call from Audi telling them that they were given the car without notice of them coming, there were parts sitting in the back of the car, and that they put the wrong grill on and shoved the camera in that grill where it didn't fit. Audi said there were parts missing that now need to be ordered and that it's still gonna take a while. Hopefully they can make this right.
