The guys put new chassis bushings on my F250. They let me buy the ones that I wanted off the Internet and then install them for me for a fair price. Most shops will not let you bring in your own parts. While this is understandable to a certain degree; it's nice to have an honest shop that will work with you on things like this repair. I wouldn't recommend anyone bringing their vehicle here for service or repairs. They are simply overwhelmed, and the mechanic I've dealt with, Nick, could care less about getting work done in a timely manner or customer service. I believe Nick's dad owns the business, so Nick realizes dad will keep him working there no matter how bad he performs his job. They do have a very nice gentleman named Pete who works the front desk, but his courtesy and professionalism isn't passed on to Nick. My story of dealing with Nick is too long to type, but trust me, just save yourself the headache of Nick being dismissive and always coming up short in his work. Find yourself a different shop that doesn't have adult siblings riding on dad's business. Mechanics like Nick don't survive in business that aren't owned by their daddy. I was having issues with my car speeding up properly when the engine was cold. Then it started to stall on me so I went to a mechanic up in Mandarin and he told me it was probably the fuel pump and would cost around $300 to fix. My boyfriend happened to find these guys the other day so I brought it to them to check it out and they found out there was nothing wrong with the fuel pump! The airflow sensor and throttle valve just needed to be cleaned. Under $50 and my car runs great! I will be bringing it back here from now on!! :) read more

My daughter ran over glass on the road and one of the tires was losing air. I called the shop and after a brief hesitation, they told me to bring it in. As soon as I arrived, they started working on it immediately. After a thorough visual inspection, the were unable to see the source of the air leak. They removed the tire and found the glass that was causing the leak. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. Even though they were busy, they made time to fix my problem. So many places see dollars signs when you pull in and try to gouge you for every nickel. Not here! They have always been fair and honest with me. And I don't feel that I have ever been overcharged.
