Finally, I reached a live person and explained the situation. She was rude and hung up on me. I immediately called back and asked to speak to someone in authority. They were, suspiciously, "all in a meeting". That was when I decided to cut the head off the snake's body and cancelled that cc. No more monthly charges at 26% interest. I had purchased a 10 year old Prius. Within 3 months of the purchase, I was informed that every battery in the car needed to be replaced in order for the car to be able to be driven. When I contacted the shop to ask about the situation and attempt to resolve the issue, Jeff Wilks was extremely rude on the phone and repeatedly hung up instead of addressing the concerns professionally. Because of the seriousness of what occurred, this matter is now being addressed legally, and the individuals involved will be named in a lawsuit.
