I'm leaving this review to warn others before they waste their money like I did…read more I came here for an emissions-related catalytic converter issue. Multiple places -- Firestone, Pep Boys (two locations), AutoZone, and an actual emissions test -- all showed the same code: P0420 (Bank 1). This shop was the only place that suddenly claimed the issue was P0430 (Bank 2). Mike quoted me $1,200 for labor and parts and told me he'd call me. He finished the car in about 3 hours, which I initially thought was great -- until my check engine light came back on immediately on the drive home. Despite me clearly explaining that every other shop found P0420, he insisted his diagnostics "didn't show it" and said he could "get the light off" so I could pass emissions. He never showed me printed diagnostics or paperwork proving any of this. Here's the worst part: I didn't even end up getting the second converter done at this location, yet I still walked away out over $2,000 -- and my car STILL has a check engine light on. So I paid thousands, didn't get the full work done, and didn't pass emissions. Mike seems like a nice person, but this felt misleading at best and dishonest at worst. What was supposed to be a $1,200 repair turned into a $2,200 nightmare right before the holidays. This place may seem cheaper upfront, but it will cost you more in the long run -- financially and mentally. If you're reading this: walk away and take your car somewhere else.

Well they didn't have the battery, so I purchased it at the store that I was at. Well that was a big mistake. I was told that the other store would put the battery in my car well they didn't. AutoZone has some rule about if you purchase the battery at that store then they would have to replace it. So here I go back to the other store. I stood there for the longest waiting for the guy who initially helped me to replace my battery. He just sat there and ignored me really everyone ignored me. The guy was rude and really had no manners or customers service skills. He didn't know how to change out the battery. His supervisor made him change it even though he didn't know what he was doing. So he literally walked away without replacing the battery. Here I am standing outside with my car hood up in 90 degree weather. Also the supervisor and the worker were arguing with one another in front of customers. Finally the supervisor had someone to come and help. The young mam who helped was professional and he apologized for the incompetence of his coworker and supervisor. I will never go back there! That location needs training about customer service and how to do their jobs properly. It's a disaster over there! The supervisor did nothing nor did she apologize for the poor service!

The associate then asked if I "needed to take a sh*t or something?" to which I answered "no," and the associate proceeded to say, "Just go around the back" to which I thought, " ok, he's letting me in?" And then the associate rudely said, "No, I meant go around the back of the store behind the trash can, nobody's gonna see you." And then I turned around to open the door to leave as I understood what the associate's rude intention was. I heard loud laughing as the door closed behind me. What a way to treat people, huh?

His ideas and suggestions were spot-on -- honestly couldn't have been better. The rest of the staff were also friendly, professional, and ready to help. It's rare to find a team that actually cares about getting you back on the road the right way, but this location definitely does. I'll surely be back to this particular AutoZone. Highly recommend!

I can recall that 10-15 years ago one could get information from salespeople about a part they were buying in these stores. Today, the salespeople have no knowledge about the parts/products they are selling. They are just basic store clerks just performing a transaction. Are businesses too cheap to pay skilled people who can help their customers or is the problem that no skilled people are available to do these jobs? Why is customer service in businesses so poor? What is happening?
