I was in here less than 5 minutes, needing to buy a replacement brake lightbulb. Earlier, when getting my oil changed, their inspection showed that my right brake lighbulb wasn't working. I asked how much it would cost, and I was told, "About $10." No thank you, I'll buy the bulb and replace the burned out one myself. I walked into the clean and very organized store and walked to one of the registers where an employee greeted me and asked how he could help me. I told him I needed a lightbulb for my right rear brake light, and told him the year, make and model of my car. He looked up and determined the part number, then went to the aisle and got a blister pack of lightbulbs (2 per pack). It cost me under $8 total, and I even got a military discount after asking if they gave discounts to veterans. Went in here to buy a small part for my car. Made the mistake of asking the counter clerk a question about the part. He shrugged and stated that he did not know. I can recall that 10-15 years ago one could get information from salespeople about a part they were buying in these stores. Today, the salespeople have no knowledge about the parts/products they are selling. They are just basic store clerks just performing a transaction. Are businesses too cheap to pay skilled people who can help their customers or is the problem that no skilled people are available to do these jobs? Why is customer service in businesses so poor? Atlanta NAPA stores allowed people to steal my credit card and order online at multiple stores. They then delivered the parts to the perpetrator without any identification. When I called they acted like it was no big deal. They didn't even have a good plan of action to remedy the situation or prevent further action by the thieves. read more

Wow - went there in person for a battery for a Chevy Spark becuz their website was not accurate. Indicated only avail @ (2) stores that were roughly 20 miles away. They did NOT offer to shuttle it to their store location even after I indicated my husband would b outta town Fri. & I would b stranded.....The best they could do was a Sat. delivery from warehouse - which would do me no good. It was also a NAPA battery I was replacing. Thanks NAPA 4 the lovely customer service/care & concern. You just lost a customer. AUTOZONE to the rescue!! Actually apologized for not having it in stock @ location near my home & offered me a NICE discount off the price of the battery which was available at a location only a few more miles from my home (NOT a 40 mile round-trip in horrific traffic & high gas prices like NAPA)!! This Napa is just off the beaten path that is Roswell Road. There were 2 guys working when I showed up around 10:30 on a weekday. I told them that I needed a new low-beam headlight for my Camry, and gave the model year. Since I was the only customer in the store, they worked together on my order. As one pulled it up in the computer, the other went and got the part from the back. We pulled into this auto parts store and the gentleman at the register was extremely kind and helpful. He put wiper fluid into the car for us and replaced the windshield wipers and helped us check the tire pressure. He even wished our mother well. I wish I knew this gentleman's name. It was the afternoon of Tuesday, November 10, perhaps around 3pm. Lisa is AMAZING. I came here about a month ago when my brakes lights started to go whacky. Several rear lights on both sides weren't working. So, she came out and helped me manage through which ones were working and what needed replacement. Then she had me test them while she checked to ensure all was well. She apologized when she had to help other customers and gave them the same, great treatment with a BIG SMILE. When all was done, she said, "I wanted to make sure you were safe to leave. Your daughter has to have her Daddy safe." Well!! I was touched and went into my wallet to grab a little something and told her it was for coffee or taking her grandkids for ice cream. She said, "Absolutely not but I do appreciate it." What a truly amazing woman who deserves a little recognition. I had a great experience here. I had a headlight out and needed it replaced. I first went to pep boys and they told me it would be an hour wait and a $15.99 charge (plus the cost of the bulb) to replace it. I am not one much for waiting, so I tried Napa Auto Parts. I was greeted immediately, they sold me the bulb and then went above and beyond. They actually showed me how to install the bulb myself. I offered the gentleman that helped me a gratuity, but he adamantly refused. He told me that "increasing my knowledge was his gratuity". Now that is great service!! read more

So accommodating! I have been to 2 Pep Boys locations to have someone replace my tail light. The first Pep Boys-I waited the hour they told me I would have to wait, then was told it would be 30 more minutes. I left. Visited the Pep Boys in Sandy Springs and was told it would be hours before they could get to it..it's a tail light...come on!! I wheeled into Napa and they couldn't have been nicer. While they don't do service to cars the gentleman was kind enough to come out to the car and size it up. He walked back in the store, I bought a bulb and he popped it in. It took less than a minute. If I could put negative stars I would. Workers are assholes & are only there to be with their friends. Customer service was trash. I asked for a car key battery and instead of helping me find out what battery I needed, they told me they didn't know what battery I needed. If they don't know how to figure it out ... I certainly don't. So now I guess I just have to wait for my car key batteries to die and then I'm completely screwed. Will never go back again. I had a car battery I needed to check out and she was wonderful in contacting me as soon as the results were in. Unfortunately I missed her call, I had phone on vibrate, and had already made it back home. In the meantime I checked into prices for a new battery as the one I brought in was bad, 5 yrs old and just worn out, and I happened to find that Napa offers a confirm and reserve sale price online that you can pick up in-store! I was in luck, a awesome sale price and great customer service! I was able to go back, buy my new battery, same as the one I brought in, only new!
