OK, anybody wanting to go here should listen to this carefully. we had new tires put on my wife's…read moreMercedes and she got a flat tire on the freeway so I came to change it and broke a half inch ratchet on it cause they lug nuts down with a impact gun so we call AAA, he shows up with a half inch drive impact gun with 175 per inch capacity and it didn't take the nuts off finally they came off and when it came to the locking lug nut, it tore off the metal lock inside of the lug nut so we had to have the car towed home which cost over $400 because were in Ringgold. when we called the manager, Conner never returned our call ,long story short I had to easy out myself and drill into the lock and very carefully try to remove that thing using a half inch breaker bar. It barely came off now I'm scared to death to try to get the other ones off. It's amazing how dangerous the wrong people can be when they're working on your car. We're out about $500 now because I have to get a new lock at $60 from the dealer plus everything I've spent so far.
