The sales process was done with no pressure and presented us with lots of great choices and loads of information. The parts manager was extremely helpful in getting us key accessories for our boat. The service manager and his staff did a great job of prepping our boat and adding our extras. Our boat was delivered to our home on time. The salesman and shop technician spent a lot of time showing us all the features of the boat. (I didn't even call them to come at that moment, a nice person at the gas station called after recommending them to me and I didn't have a number to call them back to ask them to wait before they sent him) Not to mention the thunder storm that was headed our way. I asked the tow driver if he wanted to come back after we found a ride so he wouldn't have to wait so long since we had no where to wait and he said it was okay. When I did find a ride, the tow truck driver said he was on another job and I had to wait until he was finished and he would call me back. He never returned my call. When I tried to call the next morning, they were very rude and hung up in my face after refusing me service because I wouldn't let them pick up the truck the night before. I tried to explain to them why and they said they didn't care if me and my kids didn't have any where to wait, they were not coming back to help. There are hardly any shops in the area as is. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! "Plus they'll complain they are too backed up" to take any more jobs. They are biased and pick and choose who they want to help despite me being a willingly paying customer!! I just don't get it!
