I can't imagine I'd ever say I LOVE an auto parts store, but this place is fine and dandy. It helps to know exactly what you need, but I did have a good experience today when I needed to buy power steering fluid for my import and wasn't sure what was compatible. I had been having a very hard time with my car over the past week. Two trips to the auto shop, the 2nd being because of something that had gone wrong with the first stop. My Check Engine light had come on and my head exploded. I couldn't believe something else was wrong with my car from just picking it up from the auto-shop, which I will never go back to. When I pulled into O'Reilly's my day changed. Nick helped me out and ran a diagnostic on my Check Engine light, which I know they do for free. He didn't have to walk me through the readings on it and go through and visually inspect under the hood of my car but he did anyways. Nick gave great customer service. He made me feel like there are mechanics out there I can trust and said to come back next time something is wrong and he can recommend a mechanic to me. I will definitely go back to O'Reilly Auto Parts and it's 100% based on the extra miles that Nick went for my car. read more

A young lady can into your store this morning looking for antifreeze and a little help. Y'all jump in and took great care her in selling her a gallon of antifreeze. But forgot all about the helping part. The young lady new something was wrong with the temperature running a little warm with her car, so she stopped into your store for a little help. But when she asked for help with putting the antifreezes into her car. this is where you guys really shined. As you all stayed inside the store watching thru the window as the lady struggles with getting the coolant into her vehicle. Your guy are truly awesome!
