The employee who helped me search for the appropriate plugs was named Jason and he completely destroyed my very reason for going there in the first place. Jason searched his computer and selected the plugs for my car. I was surprised because the plugs he chose for me were pre-gapped, something I was relieved to find existed, but surprised because I know that this car requires specific parts. Turns out that what he gave me was incorrect. And now my car is in the shop. Trying to save $350 on a tune up by purchasing $66 in parts has now completely backfired. I now need the shop to replace all of these parts and I am still out the $66. I will never go to another AutoZone again.

They lasted less than three months and when I brought them to the mechanic, he told me that no tires were on there. The tires they put on there had dry rot on them.. I've called everywhere and nobody will help me. One day they refunded me for the price of one tire, but my entire car has been destroyed and my wife almost lost her life. Please do yourself a favor. Do not use this company.. They are extremely dangerous and have horrible horrible attitudes. This isn't the first time something's gone missing using them. Buyer Beware 4/3/26 'Services Not Rendered' issue at the…read moreMonticello store. I was charged for an alignment, but the shop did not provide a printout. I was there for a total of 19 minutes from pulling into the parking space to leaving. I was also charged for tire rotation. I definitely thought that was strange to have those services completed within 15 minutes. That was on a Friday. I did not like the noise I was hearing from my car and took it to my mechanic to be inspected on Monday. This mechanic was the one that showed me the tie rods had absolutely not been disturbed and I took photos of the tie rod adjustment nuts. They are covered in heavy, undisturbed road grime and rust, proving no tools were used to adjust them. Not only is there no tool marks on my tie rods, but my mechanic also confirmed I had a bad front ball joint. The Monticello shop charged me for an alignment that is technically impossible to perform correctly with a failed suspension component. They failed to catch this during a standard pre-alignment inspection and charged me for a service they knew (or should have known) couldn't be completed. When I went back for a refund, I asked for the print out and Jay told me their machine does not save the information and they only give print outs 'upon request' the day of service. He also tried to convince me that the nut was moved ever so slightly in my photo evidence, come on! He asked if I wanted the refund or for them to do the alignment, now that I had the ball joint replaced by a professional. I told him there is no way I would ever hand my keys over to anyone in that shop, especially after finally reading the reviews. I only wish I read these reviews before going in the first place. So I did get the refund for the "ghost alignment", but I don't believe they did the tire rotation either. Since it's hard to prove they didn't do the rotation (I will definitely mark my tires before any rotation in the future) they would not honor a FULL refund, only the ghost alignment. It's very disturbing that a so-called reputable establishment allowed me to drive that car out of there under false pretense and no warning about the broken ball joint. I'm still undecided if I should report this to Sullivan County Weights and Measures as well as DMV Consumers and Facilities.

When I got to the service station the owner Larry was there waiting for me. He looked at my tire and agreed it needed to be replaced ASAP. Unfortunately he did not have the size tire I needed and was not willing to sell me a tire that was not right for my car. Instead he put on my donut and only charged me 20 bucks. Larry is very professional, honest and nice. I would recommend him to everyone.

Brought a truck there for fixing, a one day job took four days, tried to charge me double the agreed upon price and half the work wasn't done. Still tried to trher them when I heard a front end noise in my car. Owner took it for a ride and said yep theres a noise, probably one of 3 things. I asked to have it put in a lift and actually checked so I know if it's safe to drive... while waiting, speaking on phone in waiting room to a friend. Same guy in the office that tried to rip me off for my truck job came out of the office and was listening to my phone conversarion and thought it was prudent to try and be nasty over what I had said on my phone while in the waiting room. Just don't go here. The level of ghetto and lack of customer care is just disgusting. And by the way the part they told me after putting car on lift is fine, it's something else. I'm done with this place.
