Not even 30 days later my engine warning light indicated low oil. Panicking because the car only has 28,000 miles I called to ensure they were open and would diagnose the problem. The manager Johann, whom i never met, said to bring it immediately, but I knew it was close to the closing. A 10 minute drive took over 30 minutes as I got stuck in traffic in a bad storm. I arrived much later than expect but Johann had waited for me and assured me he would take care of it. Quickly he discovered the last mechanic didn't tighten the oil cap and it was leaking. He topped off my levels, was very apologetic & comforting as I was upset by the whole experience. He said to bring it right back if there was still a problem. A week later he called to find out if the car was ok. He said he was the new manager and is concerned about customers and wanted me to have the best service. He went above and beyond what most people do these days. Despite what brought me back to Chester Monroe, meeting Johann provided great, personal and honest service and I am confident I will receive the best service in the future. This is a great example of making lemonade from lemons.

Unfortunately in the world of FedEx, overnight means 4 days later but that's a whole new review. Once the tires arrived the CVT team got is up and running for an extremely reasonable price.
