They will take forever to get your vehicle back to you. They will provide you a time to drop off and not even get to it that day. Also found out tech assigned to my vehicle took a couple days off so vehicle just sat there while the associate assigned to deal with customer would just say he was still diagnosis when wasn't even there. This repair should have been covered under warranty but they blamed me. They claimed a fuse was removed and caused damage to electrical in center console. I am no mechanic, but fuses are there to protect components, not break them. So even if a fuse was missing that would have been equivalent to being blown. Basically, they continued to come up with different issues until it was debunked and then they would say oh, it's not that, it is this (at first they accused me of installing a wire to the console which was not true so then they went with the fuse theory). NuCar Chevy is a prime example why people don't trust mechanics. I def will not purchase another car again from them nor get services. First time and last time customer!!

As I was pumping my gas I noticed that the pump just kept running and I was standing in a puddle or water and gas because it was raining. I stopped the pump which had reached $60.09. I went inside to talk to the person inside. She informed me that she was the only person there and could not come outside to check things out and there was nothing she could about the over charge. She made a phone call and said she would have to pour something on the gas spill. She said I could come back the next day nd speak to the manager. When I went back the next day, I went inside and spoke with a guy who said he was the manager and explained what had happened, he told me that it was my responsibility to stop the pump and that if they wanted to they could charge me for the oil spill. As a disabled veteran, I try to do things for myself, I was appalled at their response to the situation. I think had I hurt myself slipping trying to get into the store or worse, they would have been just as considerate as they were, I have reported the this to the proper agencies and want to thank Seedway for their POOR customer service and inappropriate response to the issue. This whole situation could have gone in a whole different direction, but sometimes you need to pick your battles.

I had hoped they'd be considerate of that. I had seen a similar car in NY. I figured maybe they could match the deal I was offered or do even better. Since I'd seen the car listed for a while and it was still available. You'd think they'd wanna sell. Well I went in with limited time. I showed the the offer after getting ridiculously inflated numbers and a lowball trade. They said they would match the offer. However, the paperwork they brought over did not reflect that. The manager insisted they were matching prices. It was borderline insulting. I have 2 eyes, I can see. Numbers are numbers and they were completely different numbers. I pointed at the screen and said these are the numbers right here. Then proceeds to say he didn't know what car I was even looking at. When it said on the order exactly what car I was looking at. Exact pricing, exact payment... Clearly THEY were the blind ones. The fees were ridiculous too! It was a complete waste of time. The prices are inflated, fees, dishonesty and lack of respect. There are other dealerships. So many cars... Try your hand at going somewhere else. Also DO NOT bother reading the response from dealer. It's obviously an attempt to save their reputation. It's even more disrespectful to invalidate and apologize about an experience AFTER they get a bad review. Don't do damage control, respect people.
