Went to look at a car here today. They claimed that 1. the car was completely drivable (test drive…read morerevealed severe transmission problems where it had a severely delayed shift and when I mean severely, I mean severely - not safe to drive due to this). 2. The car passed emissions testing at the Delaware DMV with a hole in the flex pipe? Not possible, especially with fume odors. I also question how they safely got the car to the DMV for inspection as Delaware is the only state that does its own inspections, and they claimed to have driven it over. 3. tried to convince me that the transmission problem was because of a clogged gas filter/gas pump, and that the engine wasn't getting enough gas, BUT claimed when it was floored in an attempt to get it to go at a safe speed (accelerate as needed to be safe and not get hit) which was not accomplishable, it flooded the engine? Just because I'm a woman, does not mean I'm stupid. I know a shot transmission when I come across one in a test drive when it's that apparent. Do not try to misrepresent your vehicles, especially on an as is vehicle. This is why you test drive vehicles before buying them. A reputable dealer does NOT lie about something so serious. This place is not reputable - it misrepresents its inventory which a reputable dealership would never do. I may be desperate for a cheap vehicle, but not desperate enough to risk my life. Do not buy a vehicle here, it's not safe and you will be swindled. I looked at the fatherly figure who brought me to look at the car, and he looked at me, and we agreed, there was no way in **** I was buying that vehicle, especially not from a dishonest sales person. We also agreed that he was lying through his teeth, and agreed that the issue is the transmission. I can't imagine how many vehicles leave this lot in crappy condition and cost the new owners tons of money to repair, if not their lives. They shouldn't even be allowing this Mazda Protégé to be test driven. Do yourself a favor, do not attempt to drive the '95 Mazda Protégé LX that is on the lot... it could kill you. Yes it's marked at 750, but even at 750, a car in this state should be safe to test drive.

They said they did an all service to the car but when I took it to the mechanic shop for a second look it was wrong tires put on the car, as well as bad rear shocks. I was told from mechanic that a little work was done to the car but was done incorrectly. Please be aware when shopping at this place. They have a no Lemon Law police so they think they can sale you any car in any condition. I'll never shop with them again! I'm putting more money out on my "new car" than I thought I would.

These features include Auto Start, Seat & Steering Wheel Warming etc. In addition, vehicles with On-Star tracks your driving habits and sell that information to insurance companies effecting you Auto Insurance Rates. It is ridiculous once you purchase a vehicle with these features you can not use them after a month and then find out you need to pay a monthly subscription. Making matters worse On-Star and similar companies are tracking your driving behavior and locations. We recommend before purchasing a vehicle look into these practices.
