When I called to ask for my diagnosis charge to be refunded they refused. Just steer clear of them.

This additional part and the cost to install it were never discussed with me before they made the decision to proceed. Thankfully, they did not charge me more money for the part that they chose. I should have taken advice to take my car first to an auto parts stores like AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts, who will scan your "Check Engine" light for free and print out the diagnostic fault code (e.g., P0300). Bring that code to the dealership so you aren't paying $200 just for them to plug in an OBD-II scanner. For this reason, I will not bring my car back to the shop again.

Ah - yes please! This made things so much easier for us in the evening instead of driving down to Newark during rush hour. Lorenzo called to say our vehicle was finished and we paid over the phone for the oil change and said we would get a text was the car was on its way. Received a text and the car arrived in 15 min, and we were handed a receipt. This as the best customer service we have ever had with a vehicle. We will be coming back here again!!
