Absolutely lied ... Tried to say a vehicle needed 600 worth of repairs . Reran all the codes they said were there ..NONE , wasn't reset either. Said they needed everything from misfires fixed to evap problems . We went over whole car n it literally NEEDS NOTHING ! LIED about codes lied about what it needed . And charged them diag Wich consisted of of jus looking at the car . Very disappointed. Now I'm not sure what tech was working so this might only reflect on that person n not them as a company but never less DO BETTER ! read more

My son had his car towed there for a new tire. Well he had to get two because they wouldn't allow you to buy just one. However, when the person who did his tires rotated the one from the front to the back, one tire was put on with just one lug nut. As my son was driving on the highway he felt the tire wobbling which could have popped off and caused my son and other people on the road life. This person who did his tires was very negligent and careless. They get zero stars from me and would never recommend to not even my worst enemy. Terrible service. read more

The owners of RB Tire & Auto went above and beyond to help us when our car key was inadvertently dropped in their overnight box. They had a kind employee come on his day off, open the box, and get our key for us. It saved us so many hours of driving, gas, and tolls- at no benefit to themselves, just to help out someone not even using their services. If that's how they treat random strangers, I can only imagine how excellent their ACTUAL customer service is! my tire blew out on NJTpk driving from NY to FL.. the tow truck brought us to RB and they dropped everything and replaced the tire immediately and checked my other tires to make sure we were safe.. from the moment the flat occurred until we were back on the road took less than 2.5 hours.. this is a fantastic place with fantastic people.. they get an A+.. if you live in the area and you need auto work, this is the place to go! read more

This place is the best, the service and the prices can not be beat. I was looking for tires for my wife's car and called all the big names with the big discounts. After receiving estimates on four tires and a alinement, I found that "buy one, get one" or "buy three get one free" sounds good, but the total price still adds up to a lot more. My uncle recommended R&B and has gone to them for years. It was a bit of a drive for me, but I still gave them a call. R B Tires doesn't have all the add on fees and the tires and alinement are priced good. I got the best total price around and made the appointment. I went there for the great price and was extremely pleased with the service. To make the price even better the sales tax there is only 3.5%. No need to shop around when the tires are in need of replacement on my car. I will be going to R B Tires & Auto Center! read more

Would give 6 stars if I could, Suffered a flat tire at rest stop in Delaware on RT495, heading back from Delaware. Had to limp over Delaware Memorial Bridge @45mph on "donut" spare,because well-known brand tire store couldn't be bothered to help us, even though I explained our predicament,and explained that we still had 80 miles to go on said "donut". We went up Rt.130, hoping to find a tire store. RB's Tire was (literally) closing its doors for the day as we pulled up, and knocked on their windows,hoping to get their attention. Not only did they immediately open up for us, and took care of our tire needs, but they gave us an exceedingly fair price, and had us on our way in 20 minutes ! We are NOT local customers, but they teated us fairly,and wth consideration. It is nice to know there are some decent people out there....would recommend highly!! read more

This guys are crooks. On 2 separate occasions they tried to rip me off. The first time they told me it would be $90 for an oil change on my ford fusion because the filter was rare. Amazingly the advance auto down the road had em in stock for under $10. Then for my mustang they quoted me for a repair then scheduled me for a week later. A couple hours after I left me car I get a call saying its a higher price. Then gave me some bull shit excuse on why. read more

Been going to r and b for about 12 years, bought 5 sets of tires for various vehicles in that span. I am the ultimate bargain hunter, researched every set of tires. The difference between them and the other guys is no BS, mounting,balancing,valve stems are all extras every where else at RB its in the price of the tire.
