I saw the car online, sent in a inquiry about it, the next day I got emails to come in and see the car but there was only one picture of the vehicle, so I said "no 'm not unless you post more pictures for me to look at". They sent me several and told me they had just got the car in and that's why there was only one picture and it wasn't inspected or detailed. I then got an email from salesman Peter and he asked if I would be coming in that day since the pics were sent, I said yes, (with the determination of NOT buying a vehicle) but just looking at it as it wasn't clean, but did have a clean autocheck history and did have every bell and whistle that I wanted in a vehicle. I got there and was treated great! Peter was a fun and honest and professional person to work with and made my experience enjoyable. He didn't try and BS me about anything dealing with the car and was upfront about what he (the dealership) could and could not do. I would use him again if need be. Now my only gripe if there is one is this, why would a dealership even load pictures of a car that they just got in and list it for sale when they haven't done any inspections, any maintenance or detailing. That's like putting the cart before the horse. So I bought the car on that Saturday (so much for not buying when I said I wouldn't), but didn't receive it until Wednesday because they had to do the aforementioned maintenance, inspections, detailing. Peter did honor his word by having the car delivered to me since I lived about an hour or so away and didn't want to drag my wife back down there to go get it. So all and all this was a pleasurable experience, I love the car (SUV), it came to me clean and small imperfections were repaired/corrected to my surprise. Only time will tell if the car will hold up but everything on it seems nice and strong so I am pleased. Thank you Peter and the rest of the staff that helped (even if it was just getting us water to drink), I appreciate it and am glad I am not one of the people who had bad experiences for whatever reason.

Hunter was my service advisor, and made sure I was kept in the loop at every stage. Their online portal was incredibly helpful, and allows you to receive real time updates as well as select which services to approve based on the technician's recommendations. Everything was very efficient and well communicated. I didn't catch his name, but the gentleman driving the shuttle on 8/20 was very kind! He texted me when he was on his way, and was there to pick me up within 10 minutes. This was such a great perk and alternative to taking an Uber or Lyft! The associates that closed me out were also very kind and helpful. They made sure to go over everything that was completed, as well as provided me with recommendations for services I may need in the future. Overall a very easy and comfortable experience for a girl that knows very little about cars! Highly recommend!

The service dept. leaves something to be desired IMO, esp if you are a single female who knows nothing about cars. First, they found a cracked boot. I got a second opinion closer to my house and Toyota was 1/2 the price. Or so I thought. I mentioned this to the service writer. Not once did he tell me that the price quoted me was only for 1/2 the axle. I know nothing about cars & I feel that he just wanted me to get the job done there, knowing full well that the other quote I received was for a FULL axle. The work was done & the price was as quoted EXCEPT for a $95 shop charge. This WAS NOT part of the original estimate. This is super shady - will not be going back EVER.

I did not snatch the key, I did grab it swiftly so that I could get out without showing my frustration. But, oh well. That didn't work, still had to stop and tell him why I grabbed the key that way because, even though I never once got an apology for not only not getting a call, I hurt his feelings by grabbing the key too swiftly (again, there was no yanking or pull away from him). I was really trying to just get in and get my car and get out of there. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time.

I paid $552 to have the front windshield and two side windows tinted on my truck. As a truck…read moredriver, I had several personal items in my truck when I left it for service, including a SHOKZ headset worth approximately $250. A few days after picking up my truck and preparing to get back on the road, I discovered my headset was missing. The last business that had access to my truck was Jazzy's Tint Shop, so I contacted the owner. He told me he would review the security cameras and speak with the employees to see if the headset had been misplaced and promised to get back to me. After hearing nothing, I called again the next day and received the same response. More than a week has passed, and I have never received a follow-up call, update, or any effort to resolve the issue. To try to locate the headset, my cousin and I drove back to the business. My headset connected to my phone while we were at the location, indicating it was likely still there. Despite this, no one from the business has contacted me or attempted to address the situation. At this point, I have filed a police report. My biggest issue is not only the missing property but also the lack of communication and customer service. When a customer raises a serious concern involving missing personal property, the business should take it seriously and follow through on its promises to investigate and respond. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience. Update: A police report has been filed regarding the missing headset.
