I just purchased a vehicle from here and must say that I am shocked to see all the negative reviews…read moreon here, my experience was the total opposite of negative. I saw the car online, sent in a inquiry about it, the next day I got emails to come in and see the car but there was only one picture of the vehicle, so I said "no 'm not unless you post more pictures for me to look at". They sent me several and told me they had just got the car in and that's why there was only one picture and it wasn't inspected or detailed. I then got an email from salesman Peter and he asked if I would be coming in that day since the pics were sent, I said yes, (with the determination of NOT buying a vehicle) but just looking at it as it wasn't clean, but did have a clean autocheck history and did have every bell and whistle that I wanted in a vehicle. I got there and was treated great! Peter was a fun and honest and professional person to work with and made my experience enjoyable. He didn't try and BS me about anything dealing with the car and was upfront about what he (the dealership) could and could not do. I would use him again if need be. Now my only gripe if there is one is this, why would a dealership even load pictures of a car that they just got in and list it for sale when they haven't done any inspections, any maintenance or detailing. That's like putting the cart before the horse. So I bought the car on that Saturday (so much for not buying when I said I wouldn't), but didn't receive it until Wednesday because they had to do the aforementioned maintenance, inspections, detailing. Peter did honor his word by having the car delivered to me since I lived about an hour or so away and didn't want to drag my wife back down there to go get it. So all and all this was a pleasurable experience, I love the car (SUV), it came to me clean and small imperfections were repaired/corrected to my surprise. Only time will tell if the car will hold up but everything on it seems nice and strong so I am pleased. Thank you Peter and the rest of the staff that helped (even if it was just getting us water to drink), I appreciate it and am glad I am not one of the people who had bad experiences for whatever reason.

Run from dealership or they will trap you in their showroom / waiting room all day. The noise…read morelevel in here is unbearable and there really are no amenities. I am here for a recall on my Tucson and the mechanic got grease on my seat that wasn't there before. Now I am back in waiting room purgatory until detailing makes this right.

I took my Highlander SUV to Toyota of Newnan for the first 70,000 miles, as my car had an extended…read morewarranty. Never had a problem - great vehicle. But once the warranty ended, I had my oil changed closer to my home. Then I received a coupon in the mail for a great oil change deal, so I went back. The service dept. leaves something to be desired IMO, esp if you are a single female who knows nothing about cars. First, they found a cracked boot. I got a second opinion closer to my house and Toyota was 1/2 the price. Or so I thought. I mentioned this to the service writer. Not once did he tell me that the price quoted me was only for 1/2 the axle. I know nothing about cars & I feel that he just wanted me to get the job done there, knowing full well that the other quote I received was for a FULL axle. The work was done & the price was as quoted EXCEPT for a $95 shop charge. This WAS NOT part of the original estimate. This is super shady - will not be going back EVER.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this needs to be shared…read more This was my fourth vehicle from Toyota of Newnan, and I've bought over seven vehicles over the years. I trusted this dealership because I've had good experiences in the past. That trust was completely broken. I recently purchased a 2019 vehicle with about 64,000 miles. The Carfax showed a strong maintenance history, and I was told the vehicle had been inspected and was ready for sale. Within days, I noticed a noise that clearly wasn't normal and brought it back. First visit, they said they couldn't replicate it. Second visit, two technicians drove it, confirmed they heard the noise, performed a multi point inspection, and still told me everything was fine and the vehicle was operating as intended. I have paperwork showing this. I was never told about any issues. Something didn't sit right, so I took it to Subaru of Newnan. Within minutes, they found multiple major problems totaling around $7,000 in repairs. This includes an exhaust manifold failure, timing cover reseal, alignment issues, and steering concerns. These are not minor issues and not normal for a vehicle with this mileage. I haven't even gone through a full tank of gas since buying it. These problems were there. I went back to Toyota and asked them to unwind the deal. They refused. The only options they gave me were to repair it through their service department or get into another vehicle on their lot. I declined both because I no longer trust their inspection or service process. I was also told that if something isn't considered a safety issue, it may not be repaired or even disclosed before being sold. That should concern anyone buying a vehicle here. After years of loyalty, this is how I was treated. I strongly recommend getting any vehicle independently inspected before buying from this dealership.
