I waited for almost an hour so I go back in and i asked them if they had heard anything where it might be so the woman calls and them and starts laughing and i asked what is it? And she said the reason why it hasn't gotten there is because they didnt have the part so they couldn't send it. So someone was lying and I waited for a part that THEY said was on there way and never was in reality. Wasted my gas and my time. Worst experience I have ever had at any autozone. He spent months locating the perfect vehicle and $741.95 on their services. It's advertised on their website as a very precise application. We received everything but precision. Overspray on exhaust, drive shaft, brakes, and suspension parts. The kicker.... to undo their work Meineke quoted $11,223.41. Yes, folks you read that correct. $11,223.41 in damages. To make matters worse, they themselves admitted it was done incorrectly and 8 other customers had complained about results. We are most upset with the lack of ability/desire to rectify the situation. A simple reimbursement would have gone a long way. Go anywhere but here and Again BUYER BEWARE!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Like most of use working on cars I called this napa for price and availability on a timing belt…read moretensioner and I spoke to a lady who answered the phone I gave her the info on the car year make model and engine size she was courteous and prompt she said that the part would have to be ordered and they would have in tomorrow I told her I would get the customers ok and call back after calling the customer and got the ok I called back a fella named Brandon answered the phone I told him I had called early and preceded to give him the same information I gave the girl early in the day of course no problem but wait I have to pay for the part before he can order it (really) the part only cost $48.00 but ok I give him a credit card number and off goes the order next day I get a call the parts in the person that called said your tensioner is here I said ok and my wife will be in town so she will pick it up she goes into the Store to get the part and says to the person at the parts counter that this doesn't look like the right part and then call me on the phone to verify the part here they ordered a serpentine belt tensioner and at that point the girl I had spoke with walked in and said that she had talked to someone about a timing belt tensioner and so the said they would get the right part and have I the next day but of course the Right part is more expensive and so she had to call me for the credit card number so they could add the extra charge(you would they would have just ordered the part with out adding the $11.00 extra dollars) but not napa of nickolasville ky so I do the payment and order the part next day another call and the part is here my wife stops by to pick it up and brings it home yep wrong part so a quick check of the part number on the box and it does not match the number on the invoice so she calls the store explains the situation and the person she is talking to is dumb founded and cant figure it out and is rude so we just give up and the next day return the wrong parts and ask for a refund on our credit card which they do but also the counter person had to make a parting statement saying that well he did order a serpentine belt tensioner~~~i have dealt with many parts store not only here but pa. az. ks. And I must say this was the not only the worst people I have dealt with there policy just stinks and they were just rude a place like this should NOT be in business and with all the other parts stores around needless to say I wont be doing business there again
