My Ford 1999 Ranger's alternator had died and Lynette was easily able to test it and another alternator I had brought in. The local Advanced Auto Parts much closer to my house could not even figure out how to work their own alternator testing machine. On top of that I had purchased a battery from Advanced Auto Zone in February of 2011 with a three-year warranty (today is 6/14/2013) and my information was no longer in their system.. This happened yesterday and so I bought a new battery at this store planning to keep the receipt. Anyways, today I come into this AutoZone and she was able to pinpoint my purchase back in 2005 and happily replaced my alternator for a new one. It was the quickest, most informative visit and I can easily say your store has earned a customer for life. I will now always go to an AutoZone for any auto related purchases I need.
