I returned to the dealership to have it removed on 6/2, $4,384, on a $6,000 car loan as I'd put 1/2 down, btw. On 7/11 I returned to the dealership as it was still on my loan, over 30 days later. On 8/29 I returned AGAIN to the dealership and spoke personally with the finance agent, having him resubmit a cancellation on paperwork I printed off from the warranty website. Today, 9/14/26, it is STILL NOT removed from my loan, but following up with the warranty company this morning and it was cancelled 8/30! Refund will be sent to the bank soon! This sounds like a scam/con to me!! Sorry I didn't follow up on people I wanted to trust after telling me their life story, while waiting to purchase a vehicle.
