    Very disappointed with this location in plantation. I was there at 8:45pm and the front door was locked. I tried to speak to one the employees and he refused to open the door and mentioned that the store is close for the day.

    This little thing is very helpful when looking for windshield wipers!

    I went to dispose of an old car battery, and it could not have been easier. A staff member saw me…read morestruggling to carry the super heavy battery in, and he rushed to the door to help me and take it from me. I said I was there to dispose of it, he said "okay you're good." I asked if I had to do anything else and he said "no, that's it." I was in and out in less than a minute. So PSA: if you need to dispose of an old car battery, make sure you do it safely, and AutoZone is a great option.

    TRIP #1...So yesterday afternoon, I purchased a bottle of Black Magic Tire Wet to shine my tires…read moreand a Pro Elite hand held foam applicator. I used it on my tires and the foam applicator started to deteriorate in two places. TRIP #2...So this morning I went to the AutoZone where the item was purchased to exchange it but there were none left on the shelves. The employee informed me that possibly on Tuesday or Wednesday a shipment arrives at the store. I told him I would come back on Wednesday. Today, I still needed to complete the shine on the rest of my tires. As I was shining the next tire, the entire piece of foam dismantled from the plastic handle. TRIP #3...Again, I drove back to the AutoZone to show them the faulty damaged item and get a refund. The employee informed me that the manager that can approve the refund on my credit card does not work on Sundays and will be in the store tomorrow - Monday. They said that I could leave the item and the receipt with my name and phone number and the manager would call me about the refund tomorrow. I was not satisfied with that option and told him I would return tomorrow with the item and receipt to speak with the manager. I will update/edit the review with my results tomorrow - wish me luck. I understand this is a brand new store with friendly staff and a great location, but something needs to be in place for a simple damaged item return - At this point, Amazon would have been easier and quicker. TRIP #4...Im back again, to meet with the manager, Bosun, who was super friendly and professional. I explained the item return facade over the last two days at his store. Bosun informed me that even though this is a brand new AutoZone store, the return policy is a simple quick process whether its a credit card transaction or not and the manager does NOT have to be present. Bosun shook my hand and apologized for any inconvenience. Literally, the return/refund took one painless minute and during that time my friend purchased two items. Due to the manager's professionalism, I will keep my original 4 star review in tact, but with need to find another tire shine applicator on Amazon.
