AUTOZONE installed the battery so if it wasn't registered to my truck, the installer didn't do his job and nothing was required by me the last 9 years of buying batteries there so why void my warranty plus she removed every label off my new battery including the warnings labels. She said if I wanted a warranty, I could buy the battery that was under warranty? Real professionalism! I was in there 4/24/26 to have the battery (same one they installed) checked and was told it, starter and alternator were all good. 2 Weeks later truck had to be towed because it wouldn't start. BAD BATTERY! I had Gary Yeoman diagnose my truck thinking the battery was good like I was previously told by Autozone and they removed it for me to take it back to Autozone since it was still under warranty. The only other place to touch that battery other than AutoZone the last 3 years. I been a customer for 30 years but after her behavior I will be going up the road to O'Reilly's. Bullying disabled 66-year-old female seniors is her specialty. Nothing professional about her both times I've encountered her. Beware they can cancel your warranty, "just because". I'm contacting BBB next because this is nothing more than greed! I have a new battery but no 3-year warranty because she has a bad attitude and so do I now! Guess she judged me as a liar since she didn't want to hear anything I was trying to tell her. Maybe tearing my labels off was making too much noise for her to hear me. I ask for a copy of the sheet with the labels to which she replied, that's my copy but it was actually her original since I ask for a copy. Nothing but nasty remarks when trying to find out why she was tearing off all my new battery labels. I'm also out of wrecker money but it's not their money so they don't care.

A terrific, friendly, patient and very professional young lady. My first exposure to this store was she, and that was a very encouraging start. When I went for the appointment, I found the store spotless, to include the very well organized shop area. The gentleman handling my appointment was Gerry...a friend whom I'd never met! Great guy! As with Gabby, he was patient, knowledgeable , efficient, friendly and welcoming. My mechanic was Ezikeal...yet again, professional and efficient. He did a great job! This is my absolute go-to shop, now. They didn't up-sell me. They knew what they were doing and how to do it. I was very happy with the cost, and very much felt that I got my money's worth and then some. How often are you actually pleased to pay a mechanic's bill? I was - at the Daytona Beach Pep Boys! I probably could have gotten another 2,000 or more out of them but am taking a road trip to Maine next month. Anytime I had the slightest issue with my tires, the team at Discount Tire always took care of it at no cost to me. Such as replacing a tire, fixing rust around a rim that was allowing air to leak, etc. And the quick and easy air check is an appreciated amenity!

My wife took my **2004 Ford Crown Victoria with only 140,000 miles** to T & D Auto because it developed a strange noise and was smoking. After looking at it, they told us the **entire engine needed to be replaced** and quoted us **approximately $9,000**. **Nine thousand dollars for a 2004 Crown Vic.** Fortunately, I decided to inspect the car myself before authorizing such an outrageous repair. The problem wasn't a blown engine at all. When I had previously replaced the alternator, **I had accidentally left the alternator bolts loose**. The alternator shifted, contacted the belt, and caused the noise and smoke. I tightened the alternator correctly, and the "bad engine" magically disappeared. Since then, I've driven the car **thousands of miles** without a single engine problem. Based on my experience, I have **serious concerns about the accuracy of the diagnosis** I was given. Had I trusted it without question, I would have spent thousands of dollars replacing a perfectly good engine. My advice: **Always get a second opinion before approving major repairs here.** It may save you thousands of dollars. I can only speak to what happened to me, but this experience completely destroyed my confidence in this shop. I will never return, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. Imagine all the elderly folks that they ripped off!!!Garbage
