We have purchased tires from this store for years. Customer service was always amazing. They never pressured you to buy buy buy buy buy. I have been back 3 times in the last year for issues with tires I have had less than 2 years. I bought the full warranty with all 4 Tires. I have had a nail and a piece of metal in the same tire. They have patched it both times. Now I have a tire that is less than 2 years old with 2 patches in it. They never once offered to replace it. Instead, they keep pushing me to buy NEW tires. Absolute life savers! Got a flat tire on the highway. They close at 5 but when I called them at 4:56 and told them we were 10 minutes out with the flat tire on the rim, they said no problem and that they would wait for us. Alfredo had them wait for us while my husband was on his ways My husband got there just a few minutes after 5. They swapped out the tire quick and my husband got back to the van to get us back on the road. I had an employee named Jesse and he Stood there and try to explain to me that we cannot service your tire because it has a small hole in it and started to bring me around in circles to say oh your car is over 10 years old we can't use a doughnut we can't fix the tire so I think Tim and stated OK I will no longer do the service could you just fill me up with air please as soon as I state this I waited 25 minutes for someone to come out to fill it up with air just for him to tell me sorry the tire is too low and we can't fill it up with air. My Discount Tire experience started several days before my actual arrival. When I called to inquire about getting tires the unlucky employee that answered was James. I say unlucky because I was very specific on what it was I was looking for. At first he thought he had located a set at the Ormond store but that was just an illusion...the actual inventory differentiated from the computer inventory. After a few more calls he was told that the tire I wanted was discontinued and unavailable. He briefly tried selling me something different. I explained to James that these tires were on the car when it came from the dealership. They had worked well for 80,000 miles; as a matter of fact they were still in decent shape but I just had to plug one the previous day after a nail puncture. These tires are on a vehicle driven by the mother of my children...I wasn't about to go with something less proven and reliable! And lastly, even with that kind of stellar mileage these tires were very affordable...if they could be found. James quickly stated he understood and would continue working on it. The hours of the day slipped away and I assumed James had given up on me. Around 5pm that evening I received the return phone call...he had worked with the manufacturer to find that a slight model number had changed from one year to the next and although they were still scarce he found a set in Georgia he could bring in for me! I set an appointment for Saturday. Fast forward several days to Saturday morning...about 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment I received a call from Bea asking if I was going to be able to make the appointment. Of course I would, thinking to myself that they were busy and going to push me back later in the day. She then blows my mind by saying that a bay had just opened up; and since I was nearing the shop they would stage my tires there and hold it open pending my arrival! Have you ever heard of anything like this? I arrived three minutes before my appointment time. Six minutes later my car was being driven into the bay. Bea came out three times to keep me posted on the progress of installing and balancing my tires. I left 33 minutes after my appointment time! Think about that...she checked in with me 3 times in 30 minutes. I have had family members having major surgery that the communication wasn't as good. I could not have been more pleased with the entire experience. This place is unbelievable. I wish I could rate them 10 stars instead of 5! read more

Was in need of tires and this place hooked it up! Making an appointment online was difficult so I called yesterday and they took care of it this morning. When I got there it was really busy but even with that, the staff was really nice. I could even hear the crew singing to the radio in the garage. I was having a rough morning so it was a good boost to my morale. There was sanitizer and masks available for those who needed one. I have little ones so It was good to see them taking extra precautions with sanitation. I wasn't there but maybe 40 minutes and got all 4 tires changed.
