He didn't even get up to inspect the vehicle. He simply gave me a price of $250. $250 -- without even looking at the vehicle or doing any work! That was enough for me. I walked out. There are plenty of other businesses in Melbourne, so DO YOUR RESEARCH before handing over your hard-earned money. Work requested: Brought my car here to have some decades-old, sun-damaged paint protection film…read moreremoved. I was able to remove a section of this myself (without any damage, mind you) but it was just taking too long so I decided to take it to a shop. I was told when I got the estimate that they could damage the paint in the process, which may lead to a need for repainting. We said we'd cross that bridge when we got to it. Timeline: Dropped the car off May 14th, was promised back May 16th, or May 19th at the latest. 3-5 days. Late completion: They had the car for a week and never called to say it was running late. I finally dropped by to check on it, discussed the little bit of progress they'd made. I said I was patient and just wanted it done right and to avoid painting it. I didn't get the car back until the 2nd week of June, nearly a month after dropping it off. Outcome: When I went to pick it up they told me they'd painted it. I never OK'd this, but they did it for free so I guess that's ok? The paint job looks pretty bad. It's not blended in, there's a huge streak across the hood. You can see the line from the film they were supposed to remove, painted over. So they never really finished the job I paid them for, but they did paint over it all at no charge to me. My objections to the condition the car was returned in have been met by the refutation that it looks much better (they also detailed the car, which I appreciate). Which, yeah, it does, it also has a paint job that looks like it belongs on a salvage title car at a buy-here-pay here lot. The door handles on my car were damaged when sanding or polishing. It's evident a rotary tool wore the chrome off the corners. The manager of the shop bought me new handles out of his own pocket (I didn't realize, or misunderstood he was doing this at the time), seemingly because he didn't think the shop itself would make this right, despite it being their work that caused it. Additionally, the finish of the headlights on my car were damaged, looks like some some kind of chemical, and another spot maybe from masking tape being pulled off. I dropped this topic because it was pretty clear they were going to charge me to do anything else, even if it was fixing damage caused by them. I want to give my thanks to the detailer who cleaned the inside, the car has never looked better. Otherwise, I wish I had never brought my car here and had just done it myself.

Their mechanics put $1100 into the car (spark plugs, ignition coil, etc.) but unfortunately, didn't bother to check another totally possible reason for the car running rough, a number one cylinder that radiator fluid was leaking into) They gave the car back to her, said it was repaired. She immediately noticed the problem was not repaired. When she contacted Triangle and asked them if they had test drove it before giving it back to her they said yes. Why didn't they see the gorilla in the room? (bad #1 cylinder) Did they really test drive it? I paid to have the car towed to a mechanic in titusville that I Implicityly trust to do thorough work. The problem they found: radiator fluid in #1 cylinder due to either bad head gasket or cracked cylinder. Fixing that problem would not have been worth it, given the age and mileage on the car. Certainly not worth putting $1100. into the car for ignition coil and plugs when the #1 cylinder is fouled. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a garage. Someone wasn't paying attention, and it cost us. All they had to do was be a little more thorough and then we could have had a conversation about what to do with the car, before spending $1100 + $179 towing, and another $400 for further diagnostics on a second opinion.

On February 18 I purchased a transmission that was supposed to have 68,000 miles. After my mechanic…read moreinstalled it following the correct procedure (new filter and new fluid), it was discovered that the transmission pump was defective. When I contacted the company, they first said they would send another transmission. Later they changed the story and said they would refund my money, but only if I paid my mechanic again to remove the transmission so they could pick it up. I paid again for labor to remove it. When they came to pick it up, they suddenly claimed that a warranty seal was broken and refused to take the transmission back. To make matters worse, they left the transmission in the middle of the street in front of the repair shop where my car is currently disassembled. At this point I have spent over $6,000 and my vehicle is still not repaired. It is extremely frustrating because no customer pays this amount of money expecting to buy a problem instead of a working product. Because of this situation, I will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Florida Attorney General, the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTIES WHEN THEIR PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE, AND THE PARTS ARE SOLD WITH INFORMATION THAT DOES NOT MATCH THEIR REAL CONDITION
