My wife and I drive two Subarus, a '24 Solterra and a '19 Outback so we've worked with Karoline on several occasions. She's always been pleasant and very efficient. Yesterday, while working with a different advisor I witnessed her patient, problem solving approach with a woman who was very adamant about not wanting to spend extra money on a recommended repair. Karoline explained the reasoning behind the repair and handled a difficult conversation beautifully. Last year I had a problem with the passenger side window on our Outback. Previously I had taken it in to service for some attention but had to return it because the fix didn't last. I talked to Karoline about it and she asked if I would be okay with her looking at it. I agreed and she went out and fixed the problem for me. I was impressed that she would go out of her way to do that for me. At any rate, I thought you should know. I bought a 2018 Rav 4 limited that had just been traded in. Car was immaculate with low mileage. After I bought it they notified me they were putting 4 new tires on and front and rear brake pad before handling it over. I thought the existing tires looked good and never noticed the brakes needing anything. They could have easily gotten away without doing this and I would have not known. Overall I had a great experience and this is the very first positive experience I've ever written about a car dealership. The owner of the company Adam, inspected the Coating and agreed to redo the application for free extremely time effective schedule. I instead opted to replace the vehicle and Scotts and his very helpful team help me determine what kind of vehicle I could get to avoid this unfortunate manufacturers faults in the future and they replaced the entire coating with a new formula at no cost to me. These guys are great and I recommend them 100%.

They also made us go back and forth between the Bourne lot and Wareham lot because they dont know where your car is, as again, they took hours to write the invoice/report. People need to collectively report them to the police department as they are what the department call for any towing/emergency purposes in Wareham.
