We waited an hour and no email saying items were ready. Follow me here, slick 50, 2 quarts of oil and the cap. Should be relatively quick I'm thinking. NOPE! We went in to be told the cap was not in stock AND we had to wait for the full order to be filled before we could cancel any part of it. Now I know, just go in to the store and wait for help like everyone else unless you have a day or two to wait. Poorly run website; the cap was marked In stock. Another auto parts store right across the street will get our business from now on. You can trust me, when your car needs fixed, the need is typically immediate. ;D

Upon entering, I saw this older gentleman with a gray ponytail. He was very unfriendly when I told him I needed some help with touch up paint. His reply was "paint's on the far wall" and went about his business. I told him that I need some help and didn't he want to know the color, make and model of my car. He did not, or care. Said he had no idea how to help me and I therefore walked out. He was not busy, I was the only one in the store!
