It took 1.5 hrs for an oil change. Are you kidding me !!! Tire Plus strikes again. Being a gluten for punishment I returned the following day. Again made a 4:30pm appointment to replace a damaged tire. Arrived on time but my vehicle didn't go into the bay until 5:15pm. Finally at 6pm it took this place an 1.5 hrs later to replace the tire. There is no urgency to perform the work. I don't know if there a manager running the place. The mechanics leisurely take their time doing anything. After I called and specifically asked that the transmission fluid be checked, they came out and told me that there was no way to check it on that vehicle. Actually, I had checked it a few days before and wanted a professionals opinion as to whether it looked a bit burned as I had thought. Even after speaking with the technician it was apparent that they had no clue about how to check the transmission fluid. They sufficed it say they saw no leaks and therefore it must be ok. They never did check it. Instead they suggested I make an appointment with their transmission department for some time next week. I left unsatisfied after a wait of 1 hour and 45 minutes. This place had better get some management that looks at other dealerships and puts customer service first.

She then said it would be an hour to get my car in even though many bays were empty. After waiting an hour I noticed some techs in the back building smoking/vaping. I spoke with Greg, the district manager, and he raised his voice and was rude, saying I'm "always a problem." A few months earlier I had oil changes there twice and they put 0W‑20 oil even though my vehicle requires 0W‑8 (the correct viscosity is printed under my hood). They never informed me. I left and went to a competitor down the street who got me in within 20 minutes without an appointment and had all bays full. Not a good experience.
