I am a former mechanic and know how to correctly repair a vehicle. I am not local to Vero so they have been taking care of my 84 year old mothers repair needs for a couple of years now. She calls me with her estimates and questions. On many occasions i have on my visits to her confirmed the need for the recommended repairs and they have been spot on and never seem to try to include unnecessary add ons. She has been to other shops before she found this one and they would always try to add on easy money scam repairs that i would have to advise against. That doesnt happen here. They treat her like family and i cant thank them enough. You may have to wait a bit to get in, but theres a reason for this. They are the BEST. Thank you to all the Team at Old Dixie.

I came back 2 days later, test drove the car again but I still wasn't 100% sure with my decision. Obviously buying your first car is a pretty big deal. But not to Cherm. She kept trying to pressure me into buying a car I was not satisfied with. She made me very uncomfortable and upset. I was discussing with my family & she asked "why do you have to talk to your brothers?" She questioned what I could afford and try to pressure me into putting a bigger down payment than I wanted too. After that, she kept texting me and I kindly said I was not interested anymore. She then proceeded to ask what car I ended up getting. Few days later... I'm still getting emails & just yesterday she called me from her personal phone. I had already told her I wasn't interested so not sure why she keeps calling. Was very disappointed and upset this visit. Glad I took my business elsewhere. Cherm ruined my experience of buying a car.
