The manager refused to replace the one they installed, Then you stated the front control arm bushings were torn; these were replaced by you in 1/03/24 on a bill of $8,816.67 with 24,619 miles. I now have 27,236 miles on the car in 8/31/26. The manager would not stand behind his work and would not repair, stating that's normal wear? I check the estimated cost to replace a steering pump, and a Bentley dealer is around $2,500 your charge was $4,600. After selecting the 3 lowest proposals I visited each of those three shops to see their operation. Bullets Automotive has the feel of a small town business with big town capabilities. This is a family run business with two additional employees that I witnessed are treated like family. The owner, Bullet, feeds the employees a grilled or smoked lunch every day. He shows them that they are valued. That is important as happy employees tend to care more about their work and helping to grow the reputation of the business. Bullet's spouse handles the office very capably. While visiting the shop I witnessed her negotiating with a warranty company on behalf of another customer. It was easy to tell that she is knowledgeable and skilled at dealing with the warranty companies and the hoops through which they put customers and repair facilities. The job for my vehicle was scheduled for the following week and they accepted my vehicle on time. The maintenance was performed and completed within the promised amount of time and at the cost that was quoted. No Surprises. The total extent of the work was to replace the timing belt, water pump and pullies as well as replace the serpentine belt. Bullet saved the replaced parts and offered them for my review. The job was done well. Having moved to Florida from the north where I was connected and knew where to get the services I needed for anything there was a bit of angst associated with the process of finding a good, honest auto repair facility. I think that this is a trustworthy repair facility that does good work for a fair price. Bullets Automotive has earned my business and I will continue to use them.

My air…read moreconditioner started making noises and blowing warm air, and I was dreading the potential cost and inconvenience of getting it fixed. However, as usual, Mike dealt with the issue with professionalism and a genuine commitment to solving my problem without gouging me with a costly repair. Mike diagnosed the issue and explained it to me in terms I could understand, which I really appreciated. He gave me a clear breakdown of the repair process and an estimate of the cost, which was fair and reasonable. He didn't JUMP to charge me for an expensive part that I didn't need (which the dealership would have done). The repair itself was completed in a timely manner, and when I picked up my car, the air conditioner was working better than ever. I have been going to Mike for my car repairs for many years as I value both his honesty as well as his dedication to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Mike's for their work, their honesty, and their attention to detail.

It's taken me awhile to write this since I do have other life priorities than writing reviews. But here it finally is. After they changed my front brakes, and let them convince me the rotors needed changed but...did not. What was I thinking?! Anyway...finally had funds to get the rear brakes done. Was given an estimate but then AFTER the brakes were done & I got the bill it was $200 higher (I realize and estimate is just that) however $200 when they couldn't get the ones quoted so got the more expensive ones, without telling me First! Considering I am barely surviving on SS (which they were aware of my financial constraints) but even if not...they should've told me BEFORE they did the job giving me the option to reschedule!! It wasn't a dire emergency! It wouldn't been the smart decision...it's just poor business sense if one really cares about retaining a customer! On top of that, the rotors unlike the front ones which aren't near as bad, have the greatest amount of brake dust I've ever experienced on my 19 yo car...it accumulates in less than 2 days! They constantly need Cleaned it's so horrendous and unsightly...and for $200 MORE?!?! Plus they Screech when I brake!! Unacceptable & Inexcusable!! Upon entering Mazzarell's Automotive, I was greeted by the kind and knowledgeable Service Manager, Ashlee. As one could imagine, I was a bit skeptical about what all this 'discounted' service entailed. Well, both my oil change and service was treated as ALL 'Full Price' oil change/service at Mazzarella's. Ashlee was very patient and eager to answer all of my questions(Cost of a Normal Oil Change and service), along with address any concerns I had. She was truly a delight to work with during my visit. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who might have an issue with one of their vehicles. Rest assured, i realize this isn't a 'prerequisite' for any business; however, the Owners are 'believers.' To me, that that always does a lot to calm the fears and feeling of apprehension when taking the tremendous leap in allowing someone to work on their vehicle. For the record, about a week after my visit to Mazzarella's Automotive, I received a letter/ and coupon in the mail. Needless to say, I have already given it to my best friend, and she will be taking advantage of this great promotional in the very near future. This business has at least two new customers now....not too shabby. PS: I saw Ashlee earlier this week at a store in Vero, and I was so excited to see her. After installation they took my Jeep for a 30 minute drive doing the proper break in of the new brakes. I was greeted by Steve and Shane the shop manager. At pick up we met Bobby the owner and had a great conversation with him. Having raced Porsche's for 12 years and used to do my own brakes and now due to multiple surgeries I'm physically unable to do my own work. In the past both of my jeeps have been serviced, strictly by the dealership in California and now my Jeep Cherokee is in Florida. Talked to Shane today about their brake in process and these guys know what they are doing. Will use them for my automotive needs on my Florida Vehicle. They also accept third party warranty reimbursements. Great team!
