Him "nope don't have time". Me "your closed tomorrow?" Him "yup" Instead of busting into action and possibly getting off the chair and spend a couple extra minutes which could have resulted in a couple hundred dollars extra for the till he had no intention of helping. What has happened to customer service? If you need any parts or service make sure you get there extra early. I'll find someplace else to spend my money.

They refused, citing that they had to "Process" the car. When we were notified that the car was taken to Schmidt's, they notified us that there was a $125 bill to pick the car up. Now, let's run this down. They have a city contract where they surely get paid, they refuse to provide service, then they charge for bad customer service. DON't USE THESE GUYS!
