I brought in a motorcycle battery to be load…read moretested the staff member said he didn't have a load tester that could be used for testing that battery. He tested it however with a multimeter and it registered 13.1 volts. He said that because it was a 12 volt battery the 13.1 reading indicated the battery was bad and went in the back room to "confirm" it with the manager. He showed me a replacement for $41. A fully charged and good 12 volt battery registers 13 volts according to multiple internet and automotive sources. It appeared to me that he wanted me to replace my perfectly good battery. I will not be returning to this store because I cannot trust them to give me accurate information.
